Exceptional

Great location for exploring.. the train & bus station were around a twenty minute walk away and the journey to Cefalu took around an hour and cost €26 for both of us.. Cefalu was beautiful ❤️.. the apartment was well equipped and the spacious sun terrace was lovely to have coffee in the morning..

Although in the hubbub of town, which is a perfect base to explore all the sights a short walk away, it is a tranquil oasis ensuring a good nights sleep. Bakery a minute walk for breakfast essentials to enjoy on the roof terrace very comfortable, spotlessly clean and would highly recommend for a mini break

We loved the fact that is was walking distance from all the main attractions we planned to see in Palermo. We also loved that it had it’s own balcony that was very big considering the area, such a splurge . We very much enjoyed the communication with the owner , which had wonderful local known food Reccomandation .

Superb location, Fantastic Terrace, spacious clean Apartment with excellent Host

Host communication was excellent, lots of messages at every step of our booking, with clear instructions on how to get in. Also contactable immediately if you have any questions. Host also arranged transport from and to the airport. Fab friendly driver. Location was superb close to the bars and restaurants and city centre, and pick up point for hop on buses. Terrace was fabulous couldn’t have wanted better with great views. Both main rooms are large and comfortable.

Very good

Great terrace. Great proximity to all the spots which we wanted to see. Never needed to move the car; everything reachable by foot. Finding parking was easy right in front of the property. We felt like locals while staying in this apartment. Very good apartment to relax and recharge the batteries after a few weeks on the road.

Hot water temperature was too high; one of the stove gas burners was not working; the exhaust fan above the stove did not vent to the outdoors. None of these were significant enough to detract from our enjoyment of the apartment. We notified the owner only after our stay, as a courtesy to her. She appreciated the feedback, with the intention to address them.

Perfect location for a trip to Palermo

The apartment is in an exceptional location, you can see both the Teatro Massimo and entrance to the Capo Market from the terrace. The apartment is clean and very well equipped, located in a safe area, and there are many great bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafés just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get a connection to the airport from the Politeama bus stop approx 8 minutes walk away.

It's a little noisy due to traffic, no different to any other location in Palermo

Excellent apartment for a city break and great location to explore all Palermo has to offer.

The location is fantastic, everything within a 15 minute walk or closer making it brilliant for wandering the markets and sight seeing around the city. The large terrace was a bonus; it gets lots of sunshine during the day and the awnings made it a useable space for outside dining. Analia, our host was brilliant, she met us at the apartment and was extremely helpful in answering our questions during our stay.

It's fantastic location means traffic noise, when out on the terrace, is unavoidable but there is not a lot one can do about this. Inside the apartment the double glazing meant it was much quieter indoors and the air-con kept the living room cool. Just be aware, there are 85 steps from the ground floor to the apartment but after you have done the climb a few times you do get used to it!

great spot. only a short walk away from the busy streets but far enough away to be quiet at night. the terrace is great but too hot to really enjoy it.

don’t stay here if your not prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs

eccellente apartment in the city center of Palermo

everything was great: the strategic position behind Teatro Massimo, less than 5 minutes walk to the typical market del Capo or 10 to Palazzo dei Normani; the carefully chosen furniture; the small details Analia left for us- a bottle of fresh water in the fridge, muffins or coffee grains for our breakfast; the terrace is huge and enjoying a sunset there is simply breathless. the communication with the host was excellent, she was always prompt in replying and very kind. highly recommended!

It is definitely worth it, I’ll be back!

The Terrace of course!!!!! Once you have survived schlepping all your luggage up the 85 stairs, it gets better each time afterwards. I didn’t use the kitchen much as I ate out all the time. The restaurants and night life around Piazza Quattro Canti is fabulous. Aliana is a great and helpful host.

Amazing appartment, great location, friendly host!

Wonderful appartment at an ideal location in Palermo. Located right in between the theatre, the capo market and the cathedral, everything is in walking distance! The appartment itself is very cosy, the terrace is very big and great! The host Analia is super friendly; she is always reachable by WhatsApp for info or recommendations. Would recommend this appartment to anyone!

Very nice apartment in convenient place. It definitely deserves 10 points for the beautiful and sunny terrace. Considering that we were travelling to Palermo in February, when weather is sunny but not hot, it was wonderful to enjoy the sun on the terrace as it was sunny and warm there during all day.

Amazing location with an outdoor space

One of my basic requirements when I stay in a place is the outdoor area and Terrazza Massimo fulfills that requirement handsomely. The large terrace (with shade available if needed on demand) allowed to be in the city with its sounds and views, but rest and work as well. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all that’s necessary for preparing or putting together meals (the market nearby will provide all you need). Excellent place to stay and enjoy the city. The host is amazing at promptly communicating and helping with logistics.

A warning to tall large travelers: the shower is made for average people, so do not expect to stretch out too much while taking a shower, but the water is warm and abundant and the water pressure is great!

The appartement was wonderful, clean and had good air conditioning. It was furnished tastefully, and stocked with everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful!

The shower could use a new hose and the towel holder was a little loose, but those are extremely minor complaints!

Wonderful terrace!!

Great location, close to Mercato del capo and Teatro Massimo. The apartment was clean and there is a wonderful terrace to enjoy warm weather of Palermo.
