Struttura bella, pulita, vicino alla Stazione centrale e a tantissimi punti di interesse turistico. Personale cordiale e discreto.

Punto debole: un terzo piano senza ascensore. Salire tre-quattro volte al giorno non è il massimo. Assolutamente scontenta per il fatto che nella presentazione c'è la collazione inclusa, invece sul posto non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua al arrivo. E in più, abbiamo pagato un supplemento per un cambio di stanza non si sa perché.

Great room

The room was simply great in every aspect. Firstly, I was impressed by the modernity of the room. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Josef's attention to detail also deserves praise. He showed the care and dedication and puts into providing an great experience The location of the room was also convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

It looked just like in the pictures, the room had a balcony, the location was in the very center

the street where the hostel is located is a bit noisy at night but I didn’t mind it

The room is spaceous and cold in the summer nights. Great location!

I reservated a room with the balcony and I got a room without one. There were some problems with the payment and the discription of the hostel is not right.

Great location, easy to get to the center, clean room with enough space for a couple, helpful staff even though the guy didn't speak English

the bathroom had a weird smell from the first day and the room was very bright in the morning (no blackout curtains or similar), it was complicated to sleep in the morning. and you have to park about 10min away from the hotel because it's located on a very busy area. and no breakfast even though it's still written in the description that they have it.

- well located, not far from the train station - clean - nice balcony - fridge - good price

- had to wait for the staff for the check in - not enough toilet paper provided (just one roll, why??) - no soap for washing our hands provided - the fridge was a bit noisy at night - one evening we ran out of warm water - the AC didn‘t work for heating

unfortunately due to covid there is no option for breakfast & cleaning of rooms is between 9-10 no where is open at this time for breakfast. would recommend change time of cleaning rooms

Exceptional

The location of the hostel was perfect for us. It allows to reach all of the central attractions of Palermo by foot and it is very near to the few streets allowing free parking. There are also a lot of grocery shops in the vicinity of the hostel which is great considering the availability of a kitchen in the family suite.

A good place to stay for a few days in Palermo with great staff

The owner of the place was very kind, helpful and communicative. Whenever we had questions, he was readily available to answer them. After checkout, we could even leave our luggage before catching the train to our next destination. So the staff deserves a rating 10/10!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable in our room (very bouncy and probably a little overused) and generally the facilities seemed a bit older, mainly in the bathroom (the toilet paper holder kept falling off and the shower support was loose). But it was still okay to use - just being very picky here.

Great location but service could be better

Property was supposed to have free parking. Upon arrival, this meant "park somewhere in the neighbourhood". We had to pay city tax on the spot. However, the total price already included city tax. The host was pushy and kept saying it was not included, but it was.

Excellent location, close to everything. Very nice room and bathroom. Excellent that it was possible to check in already at 11. We got a map when we arrived and the landlord pointed out the main attractions which was really helpful.

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Probably something temporary, it was working fine the day we arrived.
