ci siamo divertiti

colazione buona ,posizione ottima e comoda x andare ovunque anche al mare mondello con il bus 806 idem ritorno...soddisfatti citta' tranquilla si puo' passeggiare fino a tarda ora sono gia' 2 volte che ci vengo...very good.

il cameriere con il pizzetto della colazione mattutina dovrebbe sorridere agli ospiti del hotel x il resto tutto buono pulizia posizione e personale reception.

Si può fare di meglio

Sicuramente ottima la posizione: in pieno centro città. A piedi si può andare in pochi minuti nei punti strategici della città.

Ma chi arriva in macchina è costretto ad andare al parcheggio TUMMINELLO, privato, che ti spenna €35, 00 a notte! E tutto xchè non ti possono (o non vogliono) prenotare il posto auto al parcheggio dell'hotel!

L'emplacement est idéal mais l'établissement nécessite une vraie requalification cohérente !

L'eplacement central. Le personnel disponible et très professionnel. La propreté globale de la chambre et de la salle d'eau. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Les parties communes sales avec vieille moquette rouge entièrement tâchée indigne d'un hôtel. L'absence de finitions dans la chambre (applique d'éclairage pendante, clous dans les murs et trous non rebouchés, parquet non fini au niveau des plinthes, vieux rideaux pas vraiment propres...). Les sacs poubelles alignées dans la rue contre le mur sous les fenêtres et ramassées en pleine nuit avec fracas.

Mancava la bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigobar. E se ne hai bisogno nel cuore della notte, non sempre ti va di disturbare il portiere che prova a dormire un pó

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Es gibt einen bewachten Parkplatz um die Ecke oder in der Tiefgarage, Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, das Badezimmer war super schön und sauber, das Personal freundlich und entspannt. Super ist auch die Lage: in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße total dicht an der Fußgängerzone; ganz Palermo City ist fußläufig zu erreichen. There is a guarded car park around the corner or in the underground garage, breakfast is typically Italian, the bathroom was super nice and clean, the staff friendly and relaxed. The location is also great: in a quiet side street very close to the pedestrian zone; all of Palermo City is within walking distance.

the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and large, the bedding is nice and clean, the bathroom is spacious and clean, lots of towels and cosmetics, safe parking, excellent location, excellent and varied breakfast. everything is as in the pictures and description, even better.

The staff at the reception was very helpful, nice and kind. Breakfast was adequate.

Location is perfect! Just in the center. Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. There are 2 elevators at the hotel, so we never had to wait. That was very convenient.

The Garage, parking space was a nightmare! The rooms were very dark.

The staff made our stay perfect!!

We were treated so well that we felt like family. The staff and room were incredible and we would definitely stay here again. Coming back to a clean room and nice staff after a long day was so great!

The location of the hotel was excellent. Very centrally located and close to all attractions. Also, the staff was very polite and willing to help with everything.

Breakfast needs improvement. The choices were relatively few but tasty and more care is needed to ensure that the food is not exposed without some protection from the atmosphere and what it contains.

Great location but hotel just doesn't live up to the price

The location is brilliant. If you're looking for a place to just lay your head down it's not bad

Staff wasn't very friendly. The hotel is in desperate need of a bit of renewal. In the room the paint is literally peeling off the wall, shower is discolored so much that it seems filthy and hallway carpets are so stained they look like they've never been cleaned.

Rude and unwelcoming staff and no sleep.

Location and comfortable bed

Staff were extremely rude on arrival and on departure of the hotel. On arrival we weren’t greeted well at all, in fact the receptionist just stared at us and eventually said “passports” On departure we weren’t asked how our stay was and were in fact asked for payment for our stay which was already paid for. No apology after this great error on their behalf. Don’t expect a good sleep in this hotel. Walls are paper thin and floors are tiled which means you hear absolutely every footstep,suitcase and television. Decor and condition of the room was very very tired, cracked tiles, damaged shower head, broken shower tray, floors not swept once throughout the stay Really disappointing stay Palermo however was an awesome place to visit and I won’t let this poor hotel spoil that.

Very friendly staff and good location

Staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room was much better than I expected. Clean, larger bed and comfortable. The breakfast was just what one expects from a three star hotel, some salt and sweet options. A calm street and walking distance everywhere. Big plus for the parking hotel offered.
