Lovely quiet location - a little tricky to locate, so do call reception if you get lost for directions. Nice breakfast with local selections, toast, pastries and juice. Room we requested was kindly provided for us and lovely and clean and modern. Courtyard is a little haven from the bustle of the city.
Although very handy to have in the room, the mini fridge was a real sleep thief thanks to its constant chugging, watery noises, clicking and bright blue light that illuminated the otherwise perfectly dark room at night.

Great room with mezzanine level for the youngest (access by narrow stairs, best for kids) and we had a comfy bed in the main room. All clean and reasonably quiet. Great breakfast. The hotel paid the charge for driving the car into the city on the arrival and leaving days. Really helpful staff who would help with any questions or advice.
The square around the corner where we parked looked quite rough (sorry) but actually there were no problems at all parking - and it was free, which I did like.

The Staff here were exceptional, making us feel welcome and bending over backwards to help us. They held our bag and got our room ready way before our designated check in time.
The room was modern and cosy. With a private balcony. Excellent Air-Con. The bed was very comfy.
LGBTQ friendly with no issues. Bathroom was large and modern. Windows had black out shutters which made the room pitch black and excellent for a good night sleep.
The location was excellent, being close to the water front and the historic centre. There was even parking at the front for vehicles. Local restaurants were excellent (one of our best dining experiences) and there was scooter hire just round the corner for exploring the city.
(We didn't have the pool room so can't comment on that)
The only downside was the the drainage for the bathroom was slow, for both the sink and Shower. This meant that the shower couldnt be run at full power as it would flood the bathroom. The water was practically dribbling out of the shower head for it to match the drain speed.
If you like a powerful shower. You can't in the room we had, hence our rating of 9/10 for our stay.

I like everything.
we were received by the owner, who gave us loads of tips where to visit and a history lesson. I loved it!
The room we had was Bianca, the one in the photo with the pool in the terrace. this room is stunning, clean and very comfortable.
King size bed, nice tv, heating / AC, mini fridge.
the bathroom is absolutely lovely, specious and I loved the shower!!!
the terrace with a view to Palazzo Steri and the pool it’s an attraction.
We had breakfast included and it was delicious!
The girls at the reception were amazing to us, always friendly, always smiling and always ready to help.
The communication between Khalisah and us prior to our arrival was also great, they provided all information we need to get there from the airport, then from the bus stop, even sent us a map.
The location is perfect. close to every main attraction in Palermo, but nice and quiet in the night, providing a very good night sleep.
I believe this is the best hotel to stay in Palermo.
nothing. everything was perfect.

Great value for money in an amazing location. Very convenient for bus and train station. self check in means you can take a late night flight to Palermo.
At this price there’s nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was nice.
We ran out of toilet paper, and asked for some more at reception. The receptionist told us it would be supplied when the room was cleaned, but it was forgotten. It was a genuine mistake I'm sure, but quite inconvenient.

The rooftop private bath is a major feature of the room

Right in the middle of the nicest part of Palermo! A very nice team, a very charming old building, flexible and very friendly hosts.. Plus a really cozy courtyard. We had a very good stay there.
I am not usually picky - but I was not a fan of the very soft mattress (others might like it that way).. But apart from that very charming rooms and a great bathroom, and everything very tidy.

It's a lovely place, modern architecture cleverly and stylishly put into an old building. The location is brilliant, lots of sights as well as restaurants within an easy walk from here. The immediate surroundings may come across a bit dodgy at first, though I felt entirely safe in Palermo in general as well as the quarter of La Kalsa, where Khalisa is located. The shower was a treat (in the Costanza room) - an important feature in a hot, sweaty Palermo summer! Breakfast was a relaxed, buffet style affair. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Just one thing, really - WiFi connections were choppy. Perhaps just a glitch of this particular room (Costanza).

Super nice and helpful staff, location is the best (far enough from vibrant party places, but on walking distance from the same). WiFi was OK.
The neighbours can be loud during the day if your room is facing the street. But in the evening it is OK.

The room was really nice, location is very convenient, very helpful staff, I thought it was well priced, and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was served from 8-10 am and was decent enough. It felt like a real family organisation can give it a personal feel. It is not mainstream hotel either in terms of the layout or the general set up, but it is very unique which I enjoyed a lot!
Depending on the room you stay in, it can be noisy. I would recommend bringing ear plugs just in case because sometimes the locals nearby and other guests were noisy at times. However I also feel this is just what Palermo is like wherever you stay!
