EL APARTAMENTO ES MUY CÓMODO, TIENE CAFETERA Y EL ANFITRIÓN ME DEJO CAFÉ LO CUAL AGRADECÍ MUCHO, ES BONITO, BIEN UBICADO, DOTADO CON TODO, SE RECLAMAN LAS LLAVES EN LA RECEPCIÓN, CON BUENA SEGURIDAD, HAY UN SUPERMERCADO CERCA A 10 MINUTOS CAMINANDO ASI QUE SE PUEDE HACER EL DESAYUNO Y UNA COMIDA LIVIANA

Great location, great management, great price!

Location was pretty ideal for Quito. A lot of great restaurants are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Fernanda was great at managing our stay, and was extremely attentive to our needs. She even gave us a brief Spanish lesson on the way back to the airport! For the price, this is a pretty ideal spot.

Aside from a very firm bed, there was a bit of partying going on in another building -- so if you want total peace and quiet, keep that in mind. It is in the middle of a giant city, though, so is it really quiet anywhere? I can't say anything else that I didn't like, though. This was mostly a very positive stay.

Beautiful apartment with great views in good area

Beautiful, spacious apartment with great views. Very modern and good value for money. Well equipped with cooking facilities and washer/dryer available. The host always communicated promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Perfect!

It's a wonderful apartament! Very confortable, clean and well located. It has everything we needed for a perfect stay. There was an amazing view of the mountains and great balcony.The owner Jorge was super friendly and gave us a lot of valueble information. Higly recommended!

great unit for the price

well appointed, stocked kitchen (although some of the dishes weren’t clean), very spacious, the views were amazing, prompt response anytime I messaged owner.

noise from the street was very loud inside the apartment, upstairs unit had parties until late in the night, bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Apartment was clean. Close to the centre with lots of restaurants around. Checkin and checkout on the reception was smooth and the view over the city was great.

Great location. Very clean, spacious and well equipped suite in a very well maintained building with 24 hours security. Great communication with host.

Area is a big noisy, so not for everyone, specially for people with light sleep

Beautiful and well kept apartment, looks exactly like the photos. Bed was comfy and shower was amazing! Also the views from each room and the balcony were really nice.

The gym was a little basic and the treadmill did not work but still okay, also the apartment does not have heating so it was a little chilly at times but thankfully there was an extra blanket so we had no issues.

Exceptional value, and extremely clean.

My partner and I have been travelling for quite a while, and this apartment was simply the best value of anywhere that we stayed through any website. Fantastic host, extremely clean building and room, and good location. Can't recommend this highly enough.

If you want an apartment, as opposed to a hotel, this is one of the best I've stayed in - self check in at the front desk of the building, the kitchen was very well stocked, with every appliance you could want, the bathroom was excellent, and the bed so comfortable. The highlight was the incredible view over the city and Pichincha mountain. There was a cafe on the ground floor, and a vending machine. Highly recommend.

Having a heater would have been good - I think I could have asked, but didn't, so my own fault I guess.

Everything was better than expected. The accommodation was pleasant, the view was great, and the kitchen utensils were perfectly equipped. I would like to use it again next time.

Amazing views from a well maintained and fully stocked unit at the 10th floor of a secure building.

Easy check in proces, in the buiding is a guard who provides the key. There are vending machines in the lobby too for water/snacks. Unit at 10th floor, exactly like the photos. Well equipped kitchen, bedroom with lots of closet space. 1 and a half bathroom and balcony is great. Safe area.

There is some streetnoise, especially in the evening as you are above some main road. It can get chilly but Jorge brought me a heater on request. No black out curtains. That would certainly help, also against streetnoise.

after being in hostels for 6 weeks in Colombia this was a dream. Bed was comfy, there is a coffee machine and washing machine. lovely space and a good size for two people. owner was very helpful and friendly. gym downstairs in the building - very very basic but was good to go on the bike and practise at altitude before going on our hikes in Ecuador.

A very relaxing apartment with great views over the city and surrounding mountains.

I liked everything about this stay! During my five years of travels, I have booked many hotels and hostels - this is the best experience so far! This apartment with balcony, has great views over Quito and the surrounding mountains. It is a clean modern space with large glass windows and a well equipped kitchen (including a washing machine) The furniture and bed is very comfortable. Jorge, the host is extremely helpful with pre-checkin details and queries. It felt very much like a home away from home.

Wish I could have stayed at this place longer.

The place was really large, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was really nice, prompt communication, and accommodating too. Would definitely go back to this place.

Minor, but I wish it had at least one full length mirror. It can get a chilly too.
