Amazing getaway

Amazing view, relaxing and so in touch with nature we loved it

It lack a little bit of comfort for foreigner like wifi, it would have help us a lot to plan our days and give new to our family

A peaceful and private getaway. Expect cosy log fires and beautiful countryside, but no tea bags!

Very private with nice scenery and a stylish structure nicely laid out. The facilities were good and the place was warm.

I can’t understand why there aren’t any teabags or milk!? That would have really made all the difference. Also we tried to order breakfast from the pub and they said no.

Our HUT had really everything you need . Nice, comfortable, clean and cosy . It was in a good location ( short drive to Rye ) with a nice pub with friendly staff nearby .

Relaxing, remote & comfortable , will definitely return.

the location & view from the property were amazing … particularly loved the outdoor area with the fire & hammock.

The rather abrupt nature of the cleaner who was rude on our check out ( spoilt the weekend a bit .) With such a gorgeous view the windows were dirty & lots of cobwebs outside… not a biggy.

Relaxing stay in the adorable Huts!! ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay at Extraordinary Huts! the location was really close to the main town but still remote and quiet. The hut was adorable! Lovely and clean and had so many amazing features like the log burner, blankets, upstairs seating area and my personal favourite, the hammock! It was so cosy 😁 We will definitely be back to stay again soon!

Just one small thing is the inside was beautiful but the outside of the hut was little less well kept and could just do with some TLC!

This was a beautiful and restful place to stay. Think posh camping and prepare accordingly!

spectacular views, calm and peaceful yet walking distances to lovely pub and top quality farm cafe -also with stunning views.

Future visitors should be aware that there are no plug points (apart from two slow USB sockets), limited reception and no wifi etc. so really is quite off grid. Not a problem at all if chilling for one night like us but might be if stayed longer as there was no reception at all. Our cabin also had a very steep ladder to sleeping area that we were unaware of until day before arrival. One of us has arthritis and another had an injury so it was really quite difficult to use. Looking at pics of other cabins it may be that they are easier to access so I suggest checking in advance if this is a problem. None of this is a criticism of the accommodation but is important to be aware when choosing. We loved our stay!

Beautiful tranquil setting with amazing views, a lovely pub to walk to after exploring Rye, Winchelsea and Camber sands- what more could you ask for.

A normal plug socket would be really handy.

We had a lively stay and do intend to return 😊

Lovely location, quiet with great view and a pub a few mins walk away. Very cozy .

The hot water pilot light kept going out 😔. They were more than happy and quick at sorting it out but a little frustrating. The fire warmed the hut up beautifully but was very tricky to light.

Excellent location, gorgeous hut.

I would just slightly improve the communication when booking. We had no idea which hut we were in when we turned up (and didn't find the signs on site to be that clear either). The host, however, was very responsive when we called so it wasn't too much of an issue in the end. The hut was beautiful and generally very well equipped. However, we didn't feel that comfortable lighting the stove with a small cigarette lighter, a longer gas lighter would be better. Some shower gel in the bathroom would also have been handy. Other, than that, excellent stay!

The location was good and easy to find. Lovely views from the hut. Spacious sleep area. Good kitchen facilities

Confusing to find the hut we were in. It wasn’t very clear. We moved our things into the wrong one and then had to move again. The shower temperature regulation was a bit tricky also.

Only criticism, poor signage at the entrance to the site. We arrived after dark and struggled to find the site. Staff at the pub helpfully pointed us in the right direction.

Quirky, unusual property to stay in - a real experience and great fun!

Absolutely loved the accommodation - very quirky indeed!

Had trouble checking into the hut, as the one i was in did not have a name anywhere obvious, and i was worried i was going into the wrong hut.

Unique

An escape from it all! Quirky, quaint and fun! Hut was comfortable cosy but also clean and modern. Loved it.

Nothing apart from the muddy wall to the local pub was very muddy and main road too busy to safely walk along as no Pavement

Beautiful location,great conversation design,amazing views,funky and unique space.Great communication with the host.Peaceful and quiet,perfect to relax! Easy to check in&out.Great location to visit Rye & Camber Sands beach.Built in radio & speakers are great touch! Well equipped kitchenette.Note:no plugs.

No signs on main road to find entrance. Pathways to pub could have been made more obvious/ better maintained.The overall surrounding could have been cleaner and more well kept around the hut (windows ,decking fire pit,cutlery & mugs,blanket,cushions)

Lovely modern hut in peaceful location

It's a great hut, more space and more amenities then you'd expect- even USB charging ports. What really makes it special is the location. We loved having sheep just outside the window, feeling like no one else was around and being able to have proper bbqs outside. It was so blissful. It's close to Rye, has a local pub and a local farm foods/cafe shop, we even found local alpaca trekking.

There was nothing we didn't like - it was all great. If you do book (and I do recommend it) take a note of what hut you book, because it's hard to work out from the info booking.com gives you - we nearly wandered into the wrong hut!

Escape to countryside

Environment and location are very good! Sofa and bed is comfortable. Clean and Cosy . Facility are perfect,We stay three nights at hive and fell so interesting ,unusual experience . Owner solve problem is very quickly. Thanks ! Overall very satisfied.

no marks on the main road （ we missed it when we arrive ) hot water occasionally gets cold for ten seconds. Upstair ceiling are little bit low.
