I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Location was great - nice that it has a parking garage right in front. Apartment was clean & beds were comfortable.

The cleaning solution they used in the hallway had a very strong offensive odor. It smelled like strong unpleasant chemicals

Versprechen nicht gehalten - auf Fotos nicht vertrauen

Die Lage ist toll. Sehr nah beim french quater und in gehweite zum Superdom. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Garage. Kosten für 24 Stunden 26$.

Für 6 Personen nur 2 Sessel, kaum Platz zum Kochen und Essen. Nur kaltes Wasser in der Küche. Im Badezimmer Wasserdruck nicht vorhanden. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Gefühlt als würde man im Aufzug schlafen. Ein einziges Fenster in der gesamten Wohnung - und dies ist mit einer Milchglas Folie beklebt. Und es kann nicht geöffnet werden. An Schlafen ist nicht zu denken, da offensichtlich die Klimaanlage am Dach die ganze Wohnung fibrieren lässt. Unglaublich ungemütlich.

Great value and location to explore the French Quarter

Great central location for tram lines. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good communication with owners via app messenger. We liked the access to pool on level 5 and having a bar available in level 1. Enough kitchen accessories for the trip

Some of the bathroom furnishings were broken on arrival. Loose taps in both bathrooms, broken sink plug and broken towel rail. Reported sink plug through app and a maintenance man attended the property. He couldn't fix the problem but took the plug out so sink wouldn't flood. The pool could have been cleaner.

Basic facilities but spacious, excellent location.

The location and amount of space were excellent.

Not very clean or well equipped. Several things were not working/missing. Some things were addressed but others ignored. Facilities are non existent. No reception, so nobody to ask for information & nowhere to leave bags. Pool was a tiny stainless steel tub. Pool towels missing sometimes.

Le séjour ne correspond pas à la photo du site. Petite fenêtre. Pièce de vie petite et sombre pour un groupe. 2 chaises et une petite table,contrairement ala photo où il y avait une grande table. Chasse d'un WC qui ne marchait pas. La poignée de la douche nous est restée dans les mains. Le robinet du lavabo n'est pas bien fixé

The big easy

Everything was as promised. The apartment was clean and functioning. We did not spend a great deal of time in the room being as we are both active people and wanted to take as much in as we could.

The only slight issue we had was that one of the bathroom faucets was pretty loose. Nothing a little quick hand tightening did not solve.

The rooms are kind of quirky, but the little kitchen mat is great and sufficient for our needs. I really like that there

The location is great. Just downhill from the Main Street but out of the way of congestion. I enjoyed the bar downstairs except that I think they could offer some sort of food in the evenings. Nice place to get a cuppa coffee and a piece of bread in the morning. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

When we arrived, it had been raining pretty hard. The ceiling outside our door in the hallway was leaking. There were a couple of small leaks in our room. The floors are creaky and uneven. There are no shelves in the bathroom to place your items on. Although there are no closets, they do supply hangers and hooks to hang them on. We did have quite a few very noisy and drunk neighbors. I had to wear earplugs most nights.

Convenient but lacks ventilation for longer stays

Perfectly located, convenient home. It was quiet for us despite being in unit 203 just above the bar. Clean space, lots of towels provided.

Only one window that doesn’t open at all, after 5 days we felt like the air was staying humid (there was a lot of rain during our stay). The rooms are small if you plan to use them all, we used one bedroom for luggage and it was great.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour à New Orleans

Emplacement idéal. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé.

Bruit la nuit, il faudrait indiquer aux personnes qui rentrent après minuit de respecter le silence. L'appartement étant situé près de la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel et près de l'ascenseur, nous avons été réveillés toutes les nuits par des bavardages nocturnes.

NO WINDOWS

It was clean and cute, the bar on the first floor was great, staff was super attentive

The bedrooms do NOT have any windows, bed had plastic under the sheets , shower curtain wasn't long enough to not get everything wet and no space for you to put your toiletries in the shower, couch smelled like feet , no wardrobes at all

Issues with personal data security for check-in

We where just so unhappy about the whole check-in process and that it did influence our whole experience.

There is no frontdesk or staff to support in case of issues. Sonder asks for a lot of personal data to provide via their online portal. But seems to not have their digital data security in place. Upfront my booking, I received many emails that my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t provide all my personal info (creditcards, ID etc) right away. Then both sonder and booking said these emails where fraudulent and I should not provide my personal data. Yet upon arrival I still had to provide everything in order to get the entry code.

Loved the location and and comfy beds

It was super close to everything. We walked everywhere once we took Uber from the airport. Plenty of towels and necessities. Loved the little cafe/bar downstairs. The keypad was great no chance of misplacing the key.

The couch looked filthy(water/stains), the kitchen sink won’t drain, and the tv would not connect to watch anything.

Great stay would definitely check out Sonder locations when I travel again

Great location, easy walking to all the sightseeing venues, no issues with safety. Facility was great, we were 5 in a 3 bedroom. Beds were super comfortable, apartment stocked with everything we needed. The living area small for 5 people but manageable. Access was easy and great having one code for all access points.

Clean, Comfortable with a great location from Bourbon St!

Over all the stay was comfortable, had what we needed while we were there. Reserved room for 6 occupants and while body towels were plentiful face towels were not, but problem was resolved within a timely manner without staff on property. The bar downstairs was a great bonus! The location was surprisingly close to the nightlife and restaurants of the French quarter.

Location of the Tv was not ideal, but we didn't visit to stay in the apartment, but maybe a TVs mounted in the rooms or the TV mounted about the thermostat on a full range of motion mount.

Nice spot but bring ear plugs

The three bedroom was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was a bonus. The bartenders were lovely.

Washer machine didn’t work in room 305. Sent message and while they acknowledged my request, it was never addressed. Hallways had a smell of vomit & other guests arguing late at night.

Lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Pool hours were supposed to be 10am until 8pm, but when we tried to have a quick dip at 7.50pm, the pool door was already locked.

Great Option with Multiple Bedrooms

The decor was stylish and modern with exposed brick and wood beams. I liked that we had the option of having three separate bedrooms and two full baths for our family. The floor plan was great and the space was well used. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries available. There was a full size refrigerator, oven with electric stovetop, a small microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Also, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper were provided. There was a washer and dryer inside the unit if you need to do laundry. The location is close enough to the French Quarter that you can easily walk to many restraunts, museums, and shops. The rooftop pool area was also stylish and clean with beach type towels available for use, if needed. There's a parking lot next door and a parking garage across the street that you can use and pay through a parking app.

Unfortunately, some of the other guests were loud and kept up a raucus during the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. My family's sleep was interrupted several times during the night because of a lack of situational awareness on the part of the other guests in the building. You can hear them through the walls and even from across the hall. With no Sonder employees onsite, I wasn't sure if I could actually have my complaint remedied while I was there. That's something Sonder needs to address. Other than that, the stay was good and it's a great little apartment.

Not bad for a family vacation.

Fairly inexpensive, kitchen has nice amenities, location is really convenient and close to everything. The building seems newly renovated, but unfortunately there's no free parking. Parking garage was across the street and overpriced, but we didn't have another choice. It isn't clear where the front entrance is since the front is a bar, but thankfully the Uber driver helped us. You have to walk through the bar to get to the apartment entrance. The bathtub didn't have enough water pressure and didn't stay filled, and the bathrooms severely lack counter space, but overall it was a good place to stay.

No free parking, low water pressure in bathtub, only one covered window.

Great place to stay.

I loved it had its own little kitchen and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The washer and dryer did not work as well. I had to run the dryer 2-3 full cycles before clothes would get dry.

We can’t wait to stay again!

It was a great location to downtown. We LOVED the pool on the roof option. And the bar and coffee in the morning was perfect for mommy and daddy time.

Loud touristy…. I wish there was parking that was included
