Publicidad engañosa.

No hubo ningún desayuno y tampoco tienen estacionamiento, te mandan al estacionamiento de un cine cercano y no hay ninguna seguridad para tu auto

Tampoco había internet, ni canales de televisión y ese fue un gran problema por que mi hija de 5 años quería ver la tele y mi hija de 15 quería internet y nada. La habitación muy bonita pero demasiado ruidosa por que esta sobre una calle donde hay mucha afluencia de transporte local y es peligro pasar la calle por que el transporte va muy rápido y no respetan los semáforos. Aparte yo ya había hecho el pago de mi habitación por medio de la aplicación y cuando llegue al hotel tuve que pagar mas por que mi hija la mayor la tomaron como adulto y en la aplicación no mencionaban nada de eso, así que eso se nos hizo bastante arbitrario pero como ya estábamos cansados no dijimos nada y pagamos, aparte también tuvimos que pagar por el estacionamiento que no esta en el hotel y eso no lo especifican en la info que te aparece del hotel, nosotros dejamos nuestro auto en un estacionamiento que esta casi al frente del hotel y la atención del Sr. fue muy bueno y muy atento. En realidad el hotel es pequeño y si está bonito y muy limpio pero para mis necesidades no me pareció nada bien.

Exceptional stay with wonderful staff in an absolutely beautiful hotel. And Pet Friendly!!

Absolutely everything. It is such a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was exceptional. The service was exceptional. The room was exceptional and so beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable. The Bathroom was huge and beautiful. Rooftop restaurant for breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views too! Parking was just around the corner. Pet Friendly too!

Lovely looking hotel laking the five star facilities.

Large room , comfortable

No fridge, no elevator, no tea and coffee making facilities. dining was on the third floor. After paying a large amount for the room they charged us for a dirty hand towel that could have been washed

Fijne plek heel centraal. Prima uitvalsbasis om Puebla te verkennen.

Mooi gebouw, met smaakvol ingerichte kamers met fijn bed. Ruime badkamer met alles aanwezig. De ligging is heel centraal, slechts een paar minuten lopen naar het centrum. Om de hoek zitten een paar leuke ontbijttentjes. Erg aardig personeel aan de receptie.

In eerste instantie kregen we een kamer met een verbindingsdeur naar andere kamer. Hierdoor konden we de buren goed horen en daar hadden we last van. De volgende ochtend overigens perfect opgelost door dame aan de receptie. We kregen meteen een andere kamer. Het continentale ontbijt dat blijkbaar wel was inbegrepen ( dit wisten we niet bij boeken) was erg summier.

It was beautiful - From the room to the the lobby and roof deck it was very well appointed. I also have to note that the beds were extremely comfortable! I highly recommend you stay here in your next trip to Puebla!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service

Great location. Beautifully retrofitted hotel in a historical building. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast and sunset on the rooftop patio.

Shower temperature was a bit iffy the first night but it all worked out.

Peaceful & perfect location

The location is perfect. Located a couple of blocks away from the main plaza. It is a small but beautiful and tranquil hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente hotel, recomandable!!!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy limpio, agradable para descanzar, todo pensado para que huésped con altas expectativas de servicio y calidad.

No tiene facilidades para personas con discapacidad y falta trabajar un poquito en el tema de los servicios de alimentación, ofrecer excelente comidad en un lugar tan bueno seria un acombinación perfecta.

Charming colonial stay.

It is a very charming place. Huge part of the old construction as kept. It was amazing to be to sleep on a building from the 18th century. The staff was really polite and helpful

Great stay in a chic boutique hotel near the center of the Puebla.

I enjoyed my stay at MILO Hotel Collections. It was a great experience.

A great place to stay in Puebla. Highly recommended.

Within walking distance of the Amparo Museum and close to a great restaurant and to the Zocolo, the location was great. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was excellent.

It was really a perfect place to stay. Great location, easy to walk to centro. The room was huge.

The location of the Milo was great! Easy to walk to Centro Historico and the fabulous Museo Amparo. The hotel itself is beautiful, it was decorated for Christmas, so looked extra pretty. My room was huge and well appointed. The staff was very nice and responsive whenever we needed anything.

Since the Milo doesn't have a restaurant, the 'breakfast' was minimal: muffin and a small yogurt, coffee or tea. The Milo has a beautiful courtyard and it would be the perfect for a leisurely breakfast. Would also be nice, to have a small bar where one could get a lovely drink and small snack after a day of sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable and all staff working there were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. the rooftop is pretty but not quite developed yet-When we were there they had only been open for 6mo.

Great small pet friendly hotel near the Zocalo.

The hotel is new, so everything is new. Our room was big and the beds very comfortable. We loved it because it's pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us. The staff is super friendly. They provided great recommendations and were always attentive of our needs.

The restaurant in the terrace is not ready yet.
