Quando la realtà supera le aspettative!

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, ci si trova immersi direttamente nella vita dei quattro canti.Abbiamo avuto la camera con vista sulla fontana pretoria,semplicemente uno spettacolo! Staff disponibile e gentilissimo,camera pulitissima e la chicca la terrazza dove poter fare colazione,aperitivo o cena con vista spettacolare.Lo consiglio vivamente!

Trevligt boende

Bra läge i gamla stan med gångavstånd till centralstation. Trevlig personal. Stort välstädat rum. Frukostmatsal och bar på taket med fin utsikt. Många restauranger på gatan utanför.

Skarp stickande lukt av parfym eller rengöringsmedel i hotellet och rummet. För mycket aktivitet i området på kvällarna med turister, försäljare och inkastare till restauranger.

Juste parfait !

Exceptionnel ! Le personnel aux petits soins. La localisation géographique au top, en plein centre historique, à côté du Quattro cuanti, de la fontaine Pretoria, du Mercato storico, du Théâtre Massimo,…. La chambre spacieuse et calme, grande salle de bain, climatisation. Le roof top génial, avec une vue imprenable sur le dôme de la cathédrale et une ambiance très agréable. Et enfin les espaces partagés (hall d’entrée et autres espaces) conviviaux et permettant d’attendre la navette le jour du départ après avoir quitté la chambre. Vraiment formidable !

Centralissimo - carino e personale cordiale

Centralità. Proprio nel centro di Palermo. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile Camera spaziosa. Convenzione con il parcheggio San Matteo.

Mi avrebbe piacere che ci fossero delle bottigliette di acqua nel frigo (ovviamente da addebitare sul conto) - e magari un bollitore o una macchinetta del caffè con le cialde.

Der var skønt. Ville klart anbefale på alle parametre. De ting vi manglede kunne meget meget nemt ordnes

Generelt rigtig dejligt hotel til pengene. Mega god beliggenhed, venligt personale, dejlige faciliteter og muligheder generelt på hotellet, dejlige rene og stille værelser med aircondition og gode senge, rengøring hver dag

Eneste vi manglede var lidt mere indretning på værelset forstået som muligheden for at sidde ned i en stol eller en sofa og have et bord. Hvis vi var på værelset om dagen skulle vi sidde i sengen. Og derudover ville nogle flere knager på værelserne og badeværelset og nogle hylder have været skønt. Vi manglede et sted at hænge især håndklæder.

Proximité du centre

L'hôtel étant dans le centre de Palerme il est en zone trafic limité, l'hôtel ne prend en charge que 2 jours de circulation. Si vous venez dans cet hôtel pour visiter les environs avec votre voiture, vous devez payer une taxe supplémentaire de 5 à 2,5 € selon le véhicule. Cela additionne donc la facture. De plus, sur le descriptif de l'hôtel ils disent qu'il y a un parking mais il faut compter encore 10 à 15 € par jour selon le véhicule. Mon épouse est allergique au gluten sur les 7 jours à l'hôtel pendant les trois premiers jours il n'y a pas eu de souci mais pour la fin du séjour il n'avait pas prévu assez de pain pour leurs clients au prix du petit déjeuner. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de stock.

Le chiavi perse

La posizione era meravigliosa. Colazione ottima.

L'hotel presentava dei piccoli disservizi, mancavano le ciabatte le cuffie per i capelli e la tovaglia per il viso. Hanno dato il servizio garage, che effettivamente è stato comodo, tutto stava procedendo bene se non avessero perso le chiavi. Abbiamo rovinato la vacanza. Non si sono trovate è non si sono preoccupati di cercare per bene. Hanno affrontato la situazione nel peggiore modo possibile. Il sig. MARIO spavaldo ci avrebbe pagato il viaggio per il ritorno...peccato che scherzava.!

Not luxurious- Location and rooftop bar make it a winner.

Brilliant location. We booked a room with a view and it was a great view. The rooftop bar is amazing. Excellent selection for breakfast

Great hotel in the heart of the city

We enjoyed our stay in Palermo a lot. The hotel is located extremely central with easy walkable distance to all highlights in town. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they were also fine with us borrowing a umbrella. We also received a welcome drink from the hotel. The rooftop also had an amazing view and the breakfast had a large selection of options. Our room was very spacious and full-filled all our criteria.

The air-conditioning was not built-in, so it was a bit noisy. Since it is a hotel room, it lacks a bit of cosiness. Since it is so central, the nearby café’s music might get a bit loud. The hotel is quite big, but there are only few small elevators.

Gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, empfehlenswert

Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können, sehr zentral gelegen, Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, Frühstück auf der Terrasse (toller Ausblick)

Es gibt keinen frischen Kaffee zum Frühstück, nur zur Selbstbedienung aus dem Automaten, der einfach scheußlich geschmeckt hat. Zudem waren zwei von drei Automaten defekt bzw. wurden nicht aufgefüllt, sodass sich jedes Mal eine große Schlange bildete. Alternativ gab es Filterkaffee in einer Kanne, der jedoch kalt war. Da es unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken in der Umgebung des Hotels gibt, haben wir nach zwei Tagen aufgrund des „Kaffeeproblems“ auf das Hotelfrühstück verzichtet.

Situation dans le quartier historique et très animé de Palerme. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. On. Nous a donné une suite au lieu d’une chambre, ce qui nous a plu. Tout était correct.

Manque de rigueur dans l’organisation de l’hôtel.

Personale gentile, posteggio convenzionato a pochi passi, posizione ottima in pieno centro, la struttura è pulita ed accogliente, i letti sono molto comodi, la colazione è servita sulla meravigliosa terrazza panoramica che la sera diventa ristorante. Lo terrò come punto di riferimento per prossimi viaggi a Palermo

Easy, welcoming and very efficient in all aspects. Exactly what you want on your travels!

Roof terrace was closed in the evening which was a shame. Great size room and bathroom. Loved that there was soap. Loved all the little things you could buy in the shop if you forgot. The parking aspect was super efficient and brilliantly organised. So helpful. Will be back!

A perfect location for my first trip in Palermo

The hotel is ideally situated at the intersection of the Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda, near the Quattro Qanti. It is an ideal location to discover Palermo, although it’s a little crowded and the restaurants and other stores in immediate surroundings are super touristy, and not such a good value. The hotel is very modern, clean and stylish. Excellent breakfast in a lovely terrace.

My room was on the back street, which was not even 2 m wide but since the AC was on it wasn’t a problem.
