El servicio podría mejorar

Realmente la estadia fue muy agradable no por el dueño sino por los voluntarios que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera mejor. El trato del dueño podría ser mejor.

El sector es relativamente cerca del casco histórico pero es un poco denso, se ven habitantes de calle y consumidores.

Al lugar lo salvó la chica

La chica que atiende wow! La mejor me encantó, me gustó la terraza muy linda.

No tienen recepción continúa dicen que cierran a las 12 y cierran a las 9 y hay que llamar a un teléfono para que abran, había una perrita algo brava me mordió la nalga😅, no fue grave jaja pero mal, el señor que atiende no es de buenas.

Para mochileros si. Para familias no

De Aurik Vibes nos gustó la ubicación donde se encuentra, a 10 min del centro histórico a pie. También el precio estuvo bien. La bodega para el equipaje nos vino muy bien.

Al momento de hacer el check - in estuvo todo confuso: Primero teníamos que hablar al portero eléctrico y luego entramos a la recepción pero el check in lo teníamos que hacer en el tercer piso por eso un punto menos. El desayuno continental no estuvo tan rico (muy simple). El personal muy amable cuando hicimos el check in en la noche. Al siguiente día un poco desganado. Otro punto negativo para nosotros, fue el baño "privado" para nosotros, tan privado no es cuando hay que poner seguro para que otros no entren. Para familias no recomiendo este sitio, pero para algunos mochileros está bien este lugar

Great location and staff and fab old building

Really beautiful spacious room. Had an upgrade through booking and was great. Nicely furnished and really comfy bed. Great staff. Very welcoming and loads of information. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helped with info once we'd left the property. We came back for a might when returning through. Breakfast was great and Luciano was lovely. Great rooftop terrace.

Excellente localisation, chambre confo et spacieuse, propriétaire géniale, mais manque d'âme.

à pied de la Plaza Grande et à 2 coins de rue du Mercado Central, bref très bien localisé. Superbe vue de la terrasse. Sur la terrasse: feu de camp et billard, mes enfants ont adoré. La chambre était très grande, pour ne pas dire immense! Et l'eau de la douche était chaude!!!!! (notre seul hôtel du voyage où l'eau ''chaude'' était réellement chaude! La chambre était très propre et les lits confortables. Vieille bâtisse avec beaucoup de cachet, bel escalier en bois, pièces spacieuses. La propriétaire est canadienne, elle est super gentille et attentionnée.

-Bien que la propriétaire soit géniale, il en est tout autre des employés... par exemple, le déjeuner est servi de 8am à 10am. Voulant partir tôt en excursion ce matin là, on se pointe au déjeuner à 8am... mais c'est fermé. Finalement un employé se pointe à 8h10. à 8h20, il nous annonce qu'il va au marché acheter des oeufs et du pain... Il revient, on commande, le 3/4 du menu n'est pas dispo, bref on prend ce qu'il nous dit avoir... finalement à 9am il nous sert un déjeuner qui n'est pas du tout ce qu'on avait commandé (et pourtant je parle espagnol...). Quand un hôtel annonce que le déjeuner commence à 8am, je m'attends à pouvoir commander à ce moment là et être servie dans un délai raisonnable. -l'hôtel manque d'atmosphère (mais c'est peut être juste à cause de l'État d'urgence et du peu de touristes au pays en ce moment...) -Il y a quelques chiens en permanence à l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas un problème en soi (même que mes enfants ont adoré Togo1), Mais quand il y a plusieurs tas d'excréments sur la terrasse, à mon avis ça devient malheureusement un problème. -bien que ce ne soit pas directement relié à l''hôtel, le quartier est extrêmement bruyant le soir et la nuit (musique forte, concerts de jappements de chiens....), j'imagine que c'est l'inconvénient d'être prêt du centre historique.

Oke verblijf. Vriendelijk personeel.

Kamer was enorm ruim. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Dame bij de receptie was enorm vriendelijk. De kok in het restaurant was ook enorm vriendelijk. Kamer was schoon. Hotel heeft enorm veel potentieel, ruim koloniaal pand.

We hadden een kamer inclusief ontbijt. Maar toen we de ochtend zelf ons ontbijt wilden gaan eten op het dakterras werd er gek over gedaan en moest de manager worden gebeld. Ook vonden we het niet zo fijn dat er honden op de tafels lagen (hier werd niets van gezegd) en er op het dakterras werd gepoept en geplast door de honden (zie bijgevoegde foto's). De poep werd wel snel opgeruimd, maar toch.. We hadden ook een muis op onze kamer. Kan gebeuren, we hadden ook wat havermout op de kamer, misschien dat hij daar op af is gekomen. We vonden hem heel schattig. Maar kan me voorstellen dat dit niet door iedereen wordt gewaardeerd.

Le personnel et le patron sont très gentils! La cuisine (petit dej et restaurant) est super bonne et de qualité! Le style de l’auberge, l’architecture est originale Le rooftop est parfait Le chien est trop beau ! 😍

Beautiful hostel with a rooftop in the old town Quito

The roof stop has a panoramic view of the whole city. There you will hang out with other travellers, enjoy a meal and have a few drinks. The owner will help and advice you with tours and recommendations for your travels. They offer a free walking tour during your stay and a free cocktail ;) The private room was huge. One of the few hostels where you will appreciate a hot showers.

Nice hostel close to old town!

The staff were very friendly and it was clean. They are located within walking distance to old town and arrange daily walking tours.

There was a lot of noise from the street that could be heard early in the morning. Also, most shops and restaurants that are around the hostel close pretty early.

Cuuute homey interior, awesome rooftop deck near the Historic Center

I loved the old house that this hostel came from. There were cute wooden stairways, the floors were all wood. The rooftop bar was great, as was the bartender, cook, and included breakfast.

The neighborhood wasn't great. It was also under construction but it had a lot of abandoned-looking buildings covered with graffiti. The clerks advised not to go outside alone at night. I think this area is undergoing a redo and it will be great in a year or two.

Nice rooftop views of city and main church

Nice rooftop with views. Room was large and shower was hot. You have to open the water fully first to get it hot, then adjust. Good security with locked door at night for security. Decent breakfast. Maybe 10 minutes walk to the historic city center where during the day it's active. Only 5 minutes walk to the mercado central.

Be smart and use Uber/Indrive/taxis to get around at night. The place should also create a booklet with tips and suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and ho we to get around for their guests. This would be very helpful.

Good hostel with friendly staff. Nice breakfast for a good price and having dinner in the hostel for 6 dollars is also really nice. The hostel offers good tours and is located well. The rooftop has a nice view on the cathedral and the city.

The hostel is pretty noisy. Bathrooms connected with other rooms and above the door in the room there was an open space, so you hear basically everything.

Very nice and chilled hostel with a great rooftop bar and vibes! The food/dinner there is amazing as well! Felt very welcomed during my stay and the rooms and beds were very comfy. If you're going to Quito, I highly recommend that place !

The owners and the staff were super friendly and made feel like at home right from the start. The food was tasty and healthy. Wifi was fast in case you wanted to do some work while you’re staying and the rooms were quiet so you can get some good sleep. Also you can ask the owner for a table in your room in case you needed to work while you stay.
