Brunch was excellent. We’ve been coming to the Windsor Court Hotel since it opened decades ago.We held our oldest daughter’s wedding and reception here. The hotel is lovely and well maintained. It’s really the finest hotel in New Orleans.
Nothing.

Excellent location, staff and suite! The club lounge was incredible. The front desk staff looked after us so well and we were only safe we couldn't stay longer.

Our suite was large and lovely an d I loved the separate makeup table and dressing area. The gym and pool were great, too. The staff from the valets to check-in to concierge to housekeeping and the coffee shop in the lobby were all top notch! While we did not have our dog with us, I love that it is a dog-friendly hotel.
We were a bit disappointed with the food quality and service at the polo club - nothing terrible, just unimpressive. At the pool, the staff was great but the woman who appeared to be a manager messed up both our meals and was slightly argumentative and dismissive. Thankfully though the woman bartender who was in uniform was very polite and helpful.

The staff was absolutely delightful and so accommodating. We had a small problem with our room and William did everything to help the situation right away and moved us to a new room. Cara was absolutely amazing making sure we were taken care of. She took great care of us and everything exceeded our expectations. We will be returning yearly.
The AC in our room didn’t cool as much as we would have liked but everything else was amazing

Everything! The restaurant is fantastic! We preferred it over all other restaurants in New Orleans!
That we couldn't stay here longer.

Convenient location, cleanliness of rooms & facility. Having a suite allowed us plenty of room for the grandkids.

No complaints at all

lovely property, large room and bathrooms
the toilet had an issue that was never fixed (it wasn’t bothersome as you couldn’t hear if you kept the bathroom door closed, but shouldn’t happen for a hotel of this stature)

EVERYTHING!!! It was the perfect location, beautifully decorated, staff was super friendly, bedding was great, entertainment at the hotel was fantastic. Food was delicious too! Paying extra for Club Level was TOTALLY worth it! All the extra Club Level food and drinks included were so great for my 84yr old mom - very convenient and very good! One of the best hotel stays for me and I travel a lot!
The only issue was traffic getting into the hotel for check in. It was the weekend before Mardi Gras so to be expected. Maybe a few more car parking attendants would have helped?
