About this apartment rental
A large, spacious and bright apartment with Panoramic views and has its own private parking spot. Only a 5 min walk to City Centre along the city walls. Situated overlooking the Canal basin and 2 adjoining canals, open views from the dining area and lounge balcony. Everything you need, a real home from home.
Bars, cafes, pubs, shops, restaurants minutes away.
South west facing balcony for fantastic sunsets and star gazing sat on the balcony or watching the barges glide by, the views just as good at night as by day with 2 balconies to soak up the views and relax.
Theres a large smart Tv tuned to Netflix and Amazon.
Situated in Chester's Garden Quarter which is within sight of the city walls, it is a well-kept and easily accessible area running along side the Shropshire Union Canal which provides a pleasant 5 minute walk to the heart of the city.
The views from the property are of the canal basin and beyond towards the welsh hills, directly opposite is a grassed picnic area and around the corner is a live music venue Telford's Warehouse. The area is generally quite quiet and is just a 5 minute walk from the Racecourse.
Historic Chester! Everything is easily accessible within the City walls, Chester Racecourse is a 5 minutes walk, Chester zoo 3.5 miles away, 10 miles to Delamere forest ideal for picnicking, relaxing canal walks and ancient City walls directly into the City Centre in 5 mins, The North Wales coast is easy to get to along A55 beaches along right to Anglesey, from 25 miles to Talacre to Llandudno just under an hour away..
I even leave a picnic basket so if you feel like a glass of bubbly in the Roman park a few mins walk away, pack it up in the basket and spend the afternoon with ancient Romans. Delamere forest is perfect for a picnic 10 miles away, Chester Zoo 3 miles, and the picnic area across the small bridge from the apartment.

We enjoyed this apartment a great deal. It had comfortable bed/s, comfortable sofas, full size fridge and wonderful views across the Shrophshire Union Canal.
Previous stayers have mentioned the steps. Yes, hard to lug suitcases up but much easier on the way down. We are older Aussies and did notice them but still loved seeing outside the window and the view that it gave us.
Chester is wonderful city to explore, we loved walking the walls, and is a good spot to visit Wales and Liverpool from (not on the same day). If you rent this apartment we hope you enjoy it and Chester as much as we did.

Apartment was immaculate,
Views were stunning,
Free parking was a bonus,
Reason for overall 4 star rating, there was no lift and 5 flights of stairs to climb each time.

Great location close to down town - walking distance to many sights and amenities.
Very clean, well equipped and quiet. Local pub/restaurant was excellent very close if you haven't had time to shop for food!

Perfect Located for a Chester City Break
This is a very nice property. Very well equipped with just about everything you could need for a short break in Chester. Location was excellent, once parked in the reserved parking spot we didn't need to use the car again until leaving! Access to the city wall is just a few minutes walk along the canal and walking the city walls you can easily get to anywhere in the city almost traffic free.
There were a couple of minor cleaning issues (more as a result of thoughtless previous guests than anything else) along with one or two minor maintenance issues. Overall, highly recommend this apartment for a city break in Chester.
