Attitude of the staff. While the food was nothing fancy, it was of good quality and well presented.
The stairs up to our room were difficult, very steep and tightly winding. The en suite bathroom was tiny.

Very friendly staff, no problem parking and leaving my car over the 2 days, welcoming

It was clean and fresh and exceeded our expectations
The only thing was the shower wasn't very good, lacking power and temperature kept changing from hot to cold.
And that the breakfast was an extra £14.00, quite excessive, needless to say to found a café in the village.

room was very clean & well presented, comfortable bed, quiet & peaceful. Dinner menu had excellent selection of food available to select from. All staff were very friendly & helpful.
No complaints, Thankyou

Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

This is an old building that has been maintained to a high level. An old coaching Inn in a small town located in the main street. Dinning is in a seperate area from the main bar area that is popular with regular drinkers And has a good ambience throughout. The large bedroom was located on the second floor with a tight flight of stairs on the first to second floor. All in all a very comfortable stay with willing and helpful staff.
Last flight of stairs but that comes with the age of the building

Lovely old quirky hotel. The Queen size bed was the highlight.
The staff were friendly and locked after us. We're very happy with our stay and would definitely return...

Location. Was perfect room pleasant
Breakfast time was to early 930 latest it was a Sunday !
Breakfast Buffet was sparse
One sausage bacon and a tiny piece of black pudding plus usual beans toms and mushrooms
Expensive fir what it was 14.50
The bit of buffet was cleared before we had finished eating so no chance of a fruit juice or some toast would have been nice if we had been asked if we wanted something more

The staff were very friendly and really helpful.
The room was very clean, comfortable and airy.
Cricklade is a lovely place.
There wasn't a bath, and the toilet was very near the sink. I was in danger of banging my head.

A traditional inn well located on the High Street. Quiet room up the top. Basic comfort and facilities.
With breakfast not included, this hotel was expensive for what it was.

A lovely old sandstone building with lots of original features.
It was all okay.

Location within the town, very friendly and helpful staff.
Down stairs guest areas were very pleasant and traditional and all areas were clean and well maintained.
The rooms were comfortable and again very clean.
Great food especially the breakfast.
A traditional high street with non chain shops, which were run by lovely people, would liked to have stayed longer and explored more
Not a lot!
The rooms were a little cramped and would have appreciated another pillow each.

We found ourselves in a pickle having left our car in Ashton Keynes. With no taxi or bus available to take us back there, the staff organised a very comfortable lift for us to pick up our car. A Big Thank You!!
