Noise level during the weekend in this apartment is too much to be comfortable

We liked the look of the property

The noise level from the street. Management said that it is advertised as a party place but I don’t think this was emphasised while booking. Otherwise I would have expected the noise

beautiful apartment just won’t get any sleep

the apartment was amazing , very spacious , very clean

on arrival our lockbox with the key in was open and our front door was also slightly open ??? wasn’t a great start .. great location if your a party animal and don’t need sleep , my mistake to be fair I should of looked into more above a night club so was very very loud music til gone 3am , then non stop shouting and screaming from people leaving the club . then from 5 the street cleaners

Great location

walking distance to everything within liverpool city center.

A few hanging points for towels in bathroom would be good. and in the bedroom. lack of places to put clothing down.

Very good! Would definitely stay again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, it was comfy, clean and perfect for 2 of us. It was an easy location as you was near shops, food places and close to the centre for all the activities you can do.

It was loud, I knew what I signed up for when booking it as I read the reviews however we was on the first floor so we heard everyone coming in and out and hearing all the noise outside aswell.

Clean, spacious, would stay again.

Huge modern space, everything provided. Clean. Had expected it to be noisy with the other reviews but it was fine. It’s a party location so noise was normal for that. Doesn’t have loads of petty rules that these properties can sometimes have.

Sofa bed/sofa had probably seen better days, it wasn’t great to use as a sofa as the seat was sliding off. The alley under the balcony was a bit grim but to be expected in a city centre location.

Great spacious apartment

Really nice apartment, good price

they take a very hefty deposit from you pre-payed, which we weren't expecting, and was quite scary. All worked out ok but felt a bit like a scam at first!

Great for the scene

The location was great as we wanted to be next to the scene. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had almost all we needed. The staff were helpful at no 1 stanley street.

Booking.com gave no warning of the extra deposit we had to pay on top of the fee for the room. Also no warning on their Web page of the steps, and my partner struggles with stairs. No tea/ coffee on the property. Expect some noise from outside the building is old and still has the old windows. It didn't bother us as we slept alright, but it could affect others.

Was told there was a smell of smoke from the room, which was already there as none of the guests smoke, pure scammers !!

The staircase quite steep and it a challenge for elderly people to walk up the stairs Two of the heater were not working. It has to be fixed in the day we checked in and the other unit nee to be replace with a portable unit.

Poor quality.

How close the place was to all the things we needed.

The lack of cleanliness, finding pills underneath the sofa (evidence of it not being cleaned properly) facilities broken or about the break, the noise from the people passing in the corridor as well as walking above us. There could be better facilities to reduce the noise. The carbon monoxide detector not even working as well as the fire alarm! And when thus was reported being told there is nothing they can do apart from report it to the maintenance person. Was not worth the £200 spent for 2 nights. Especially since £75 of that went towards the cleaning bill for an unclean apartment.

Very stylish apartment with one caveat...

The flat was ultra comfortable, clean, stylish, and all the amenities were there. Honestly, it felt like we had just moved to Liverpool! Everything we needed was there.

Lighting in the hallway was absent, which could have been a trip hazard, also finding our way The noise from across the street from the Irish pub during the Monday and Tuesday we were there. Windows couldn't be upgraded to sound proof as it is a listed building. However the staff Maddie and Grace did move us to another apartment location which was much quieter (Water Street) for no extra cost, which we were extremely grateful for. ❤️ We have since booked again for Water Street.

Great city apartment. Lively at weekends.

The space and facilities were very good.

No sound proofing on front door- a gap of about 3 inches - so really noisy as people came & went. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise all good.

It’s a good place close to everything just needs tlc and that settee changed in flat 6

Spacious good kitchen and bathroom big living room with a good upto date Tv. Bedrooms clean

The bed settee in living room it needs changed very stained and grubby. I didn’t sit on it see image Noisy at night but says that in the description take ear plugs unless you stay out till 3 in the morning

Very noisy from the bars below which can’t be helped but we went to party and it was a rough nights sleep. Stains on the sofa’s and blinds to balcony did not work properly.
