This detached bungalow is located in the village of Norton Ferris and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms.
Downs View is a bungalow in the village of Norton Ferris, situated on the owner's farm on the borders of Wiltshire. The bungalow sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, 1x king-size bedroom, 2x double bedrooms and 2x twin rooms, along with a family bathroom and family shower room with a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a breakfast area seating six, a sitting room and a conservatory with a dining area. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet. If you are looking to book with a Saturday or Sunday start date, please call us first as this will need to be checked with the owner of the property. Note: If your booking is for work-related accommodation, please inform us prior to making the booking

Rangemaster cooker with electric double oven, microwave, fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs: one with freeview and the other is a smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop at Stourhead is 3 miles away, Co-op at Mere is 4.5 miles away Open 7am-10pm, Pub 1.5 miles away. Note: Check in for this property is 3.30pm. Note: Poor mobile signal at cottage. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead due to livestock nearby. Note: The B3092 runs outside the property and there may be some associated traffic noise. Please note: Please ensure you provide the correct amount of people going on the holiday and should there be any updates to your party, please update Sykes or the owner directly. We are hoping to replace the 4th fire with a log burner. Note: If your booking is work related accommodation, please inform us prior to making the booking.
