O café da manhã foi bom. Simples mais bom! Só durante a noite teve muio barulho de bichos da rua. Além de isso, eu realmente amei o lugar!

Nice staff, but dirty establishment

Good location in Antigua. Simple tasty breakfast. Filtered water freely available. Cute wall murals. Excellent kitchen facility and fridge for your use. Lots of nice little sitting areas to read or chill, making use of narrow space. Definitely a budget friendly spot if you like making your own food etc.

The showers were frankly dirty and to be avoided: one had a broken tap and one did not drain at all, and the curtains were dirty or moldy. The room had questionable locking door and window that both opened into hallway (no window to outdoor). Walls of room were visibly dirty and the bedding made it feel like there were bugs (but I couldn't find any), so I slept on top of bed with a quilt. Also there was a dead coachroach in middle of the hallway for about a day.. no one seemed to mind it there.

Zeer leuke hostel op prima locatie!

Grote hostel op een prima locatie in het centrum van de stad. Zeer leuke muurschilderingen en planten! We voelden ons thuis. Grote keuken. Systeem van kastjes met eigen materiaal (bestek-servies), zo nooit tekort en geen discussie over stelen/verliezen. Super!! Veel leuke plaatsjes om te eten of te chillen. Zeer lekker ontbijtje inbegrepen! Propere douches en toiletten, gedeeld maar ruim voldoende voor alle gasten.

‘s Avonds werd het wat fris in de hostel, maar dat is eigen aan Antigua, denk ik. Niets wat niet kan opgelost worden met een extra laagje kleren en een extra deken (voorzien!)

Emplacement top. Concept original…long couloir aménagé..resto, puis couloir ou coin cuisine, repos et chambres et sanitaires distribués de chaque côté Petit dej pas mal

Très bruyant Personnel s activé des 5h30…sinon les randonneurs à 6h Les chats qui courent sur le toit font un tremblement de terre Pas de savon Pas de four ou micron de et casserole et poêles vraiment pourries

Il y a bien mieux à Antigua

Literie propre, bien placé et le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon.

Très bruyant, les chambres donnent sur les parties communes, chambres mal isolées, Wifi mauvaise, et surtout après avoir réservé le Trek avec l’hôtel, qui n’a pas tenu ses promesses, 1h30 de retard, et surtout alors que nous réserverons une navette après 2 nuits passés, au retour de notre Trek, on nous informe que la douche sera payante. Quelle bienveillance de la part de la responsable.

Entrada al hotel a cualquiera hora comentaron en el ingreso, regresamos a las 12 de la noche y nos hicieron esperar porque no había nadie en la entrada probablemente solo fue ese día pero nos pasó.

¡HUYE DE ESTE LUGAR!

El personal (excepto la dueña la cual hasta te grita) fueron extremadamente amables y simpáticas. El desayuno muy rico

No te dan los servicios que te ofrecen al reservar y la dueña NO tiene interes en ayudarte, sólo en recibir dinero. La puerta de la habitación no servíay nunca se vieron ganas de la dueña por repararla, la llave de agua se soltaba y movía, el baño olía feo, cucarachas y telas de araña en la habitación. Muy poco espacio para poner tus cosas. La dueña te grita y quiere que no te comuniques con ella por booking porque como ella misma dijo "booking ve todo lo malo que estás poniendo" pero solo te manda a decir cosas con el personal. Ofrecían TV pantalla plana, Netflix, plancha de ropa lo cual NO ofrecen y la dueña dice que NO te va a ni a ajustar el precio NI resolverte porque aunque Booking diga que ofrece eso, ella no lo va a poner en el lugar. Super mal educada y molesta, ni nos dejo terminar el desayuno. Además, dijo que iba a actualizar la reserva al salir, habian pasado dias y tuve que decirle que iba con la policía porque de lo contrario, lo que ella queria era quedarse con lo que pagamos en efectivo más lo que booking me iba a cobrar por la estancia completa de 6 noches, cuando solo estuvimos 2 y le pagamos en efectivo a un precio que no era el mostrado en la app.

El staff era muy amable y servicial

No hay ningún tipo de control en la noche. primera noche una mujer se la pasó doblando bolsas de plástico a la 1am justo afuera de mi ventana, el Segundo día un grupo de gente se puso a tomar y hacer mucho ruido hasta las 3am. Hasta que tuve que ir a pedirles que se callen. Los baños pueden mejorar, no hay donde colgar nada ni repisas, ni nada.

Nice and very good value for money.

Staff cleaned every day and were helpful with inquiries. The property is clean and cozy, however it is a little noisy because of poor soundproofing.

Deberían cambiar fotos de en verdad cómo se encuentra el hostal justó ahorita, la habitación no cuenta con baño y ducha privada y al momento de reservar Booking.com no me proporciono esa información. En cuanto a la higiene de lugar muy mala, paredes sucias parecía que era sangre y marcas de zapatos. Las toallas manchadas de sangre y oscuras. El desayuno fue un sándwich de huevo que al parecer lo habían hecho con aceite reciclado.

Preis-Leistung war gut aber kann ich nicht empfehlen

Super Lage, saubere Küche, genügend Platz zum Chillen, gutes Frühstück auch wenn’s jeden Tag das selbe war

Sind morgens um 6 Uhr früh angereist und wurden nicht ins Hostel reingelassen. Nach langer Diskussion konnten wir wenigstens unser Gepäck abstellen und sollten erst um 14 Uhr zum Check in kommen…privat Shuttle zum airport wurde uns empfehlen (4 Uhr Abholung, Flug war um 10 Uhr, wir waren nach 45 min am Airport!!!!)-super schlechte Beratung!!! Waschmaschine und Trockner läuft den ganzen Tag, Zimmer super hellhörig

NOISY NOISY NOISY!

The staff was nice.

OMG…where do I begin? There were people on the roof walking and dropping things any time of the day, at night or 6am right above my room (Room 2). There are tables and chairs right outside the room where people can sit and eat, TALK LOUDLY or Smoke cigarettes that crept into my room. It was NOISY DISASTER HERE. This place should be $10 a night. They let children run all up and down the hallway disturbing other guests peace. A HOT MESS.

Firstly, there was no television in my room!! It is a lie beacuse you write that in the room will be a TV. It was quite important for me as I solo traveller booking a room for 9 nights. In my room were bed bugs!! They cleaned my room when I told them (it seemed to be normal situation for them) but in the photo you can see how a new bed looked like (see these black dots)!! I decided to change a hotel for 2 nights even staff told that I can change room. ...no! Never again. I recommend Ojala hostel in the same street.

Like a horor muvie.😱Bugs in bed,very bad smell in the room,thay try to kill the bugs with petrol in the room near,i couldnt stay in the room all day,i could hurdly sleep at night. Thay didnot care took all my mony didnot try to help or say thay are sorry.

Good location.

Unpleasant owner,first we booked 2 rooms for 7 people(including 2 children).On arrival the price went up by around 20%,as we were told we need to pay comission fee that they have to pay to booking.com.They simply moved their fee on us. Then,although breakfasts were included,childen were refused to get theirs.I asked for laundry service and was told it depends on the size:small,medium,large: 40,50,60,but when I brought mine I was told I need to pay 80 cause my clothes are in different colours!Like anybody brings them just in 1 colour?!?Room with 3 beds has no space even to put a suitcase.When we did check-out,we were told to leave and not to use toilet.They try to squeeze as much money from you as possible.

Great value in a good spot

The breakfast was lovely. It was freshly made to order and brought to us, also great portion sizes! The kitchen was cute and each room has their own cabinet with utensils and kitchen items to use.

The bed could have been comfier and our room was right at the front so no privacy at all. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Not a big deal for one night though.

The location

We stayed in this hostel for two nights, the smell in the room was terrible, smell of damp and humidity, no matter what the staff tried to do it remained. The shower leaked non-stop and the room was stuffy. The breakfast was poor and not tasty. And finally, they asked us for a payment in exchange for keeping the luggage for an hour and a half (we went to eat breakfast because the meal there is not good).

Nice kitchen, everyone gets their own utensils. Comfy beds.

Breakfast is not so much. My bed was full of other hair, that was gross. Water filter is very slow and almost always empty.
