Muy amables pero demasiado caro para lo que es

El personal es muy amigable y cálido. Procuraron ayudarnos con todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno estuvo delicioso todos los días. Los acabados de mármoles y los muebles y decoraciones traídos de la India son muy lindos.

Las habitaciones no las limpian a menos de que se solicite explícitamente. El único día que limpiaron mi habitación regresé y habían dejado las ventanas abiertas y estaba llena de mosquitos que no me dejaron dormir toda la noche hasta que logré matarlos a todos. Las habitaciones no cuentan con armario para poner la ropa ni con ningún lugar donde poner cosas, solo es la cama. El agua de la regadera fluctúa de fría a caliente y el espacio de la ducha es muy pequeño y sin un lugar donde poder el jabón, por lo que la ducha es muy incómoda. La tapa del inodoro era de muy mala calidad y se atoraba con el asiento al subirla o bajarla. No hay nadie que atienda durante la madrugada y una de mis compañeras tenía que salir a la 1 am pero llegó su taxi y no había nadie en la recepción que le abriera (el hotel está dentro de una unidad habitacional por lo que no pueden llegar los taxis a la entrada del hotel a menos de que alguien del staff les abra la puerta de la unidad). La verdad el precio no corresponde a la calidad del hospedaje, aunque los acabados estén muy elegantes y el personal sea muy amable.

Bastante completo, parqueo privado, piscina, área de masaje, sauna, jacuci, salón de juegos, comedor, mirador espectacular, pero especialmente lo limpio y la atención.

charging 25€ for the sauna is way too much! people should be informed before, we paid 50€ on top when we left which was not a nice experience

Very nice if incompetent staff. Would not stay here again. There’s too many better options.

Location is far from the city center. It is an inexpensive hotel and it is set in a very safe location.

Breakfast was fair. Hot water was inconsistent. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. I had to move from my room 2-3 times to accommodate their needs. This is unacceptable.

Would not recommend until it gets refreshed by the owner...

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt like there has not been clients for ages over there... Beds were dusty and the rooms felt humid. No hot water at all not even loop warm. It felt like a haunted place to be honest. The terrace is very dusty and there is not much sun. I would not qualified the SPA there as the SPA you imagine when you ear the word... It is more like a basement with one small sauna and a couple rooms with massage table but there was no one there so even if we would have liked a massage I am not sure it would have been possible (or I guess they qould have called someone to come to the hotel which doesnt feel lile a SPA experience much). Kitchen opens at 7:30pm but we have not seen anybody in there all day after we arrived. It seemed like the food from the grocerie was left on the counter there in the heat... We decided to order UberEats. Lastly, it feels pretty far from the center of Antigua and you have nothing interesting to do there. Can not even walk outside. They have a wrecked ping pong tables with one ball that does not even rebound. Pool table is fair, that is mainly what we did to spend our time... We wanted a cheap place to spend the night before leaving super early to catch a bus, so I guess it was cheap as expected :S Sadly for the staff who is very friendly it is not great place to be. It does look better at night when the warm lights are on because there is very good potential in the decor... Would not recommend until it gets refreshed by the owner.
