Lovely, clean, good kitchen. 2 bathrooms , 5 min walk into town
Everything was great. Could have done with a few more mugs and ice cube tray. , but I would stay again
4.5
Convenient location, lovely decor.
Couldn’t find cutlery draw at first but found it within another draw 😂

It was close enough to walk into the town centre and when we needed help we just messaged and got help.
The foist smell and it didn’t feel clean, no pillow or mattress protectors, the fridge wasn’t somewhere i wanted to put my food, I didn’t take photos but it doesn’t look as nice as the photo’s advertised. Also there’s off street parking around the corner but it’s a track to get your cases there and the streets around are covered with bins and not nice student properties. We had a lovely time in Chester but didn’t enjoy staying at the property it wasn’t what we thought and it was expensive for what it was.

It was a good location and was comfortable
The cleanliness was really lacking, so dusty I had to clean the inside of the drawers upstairs before I could put the clothes away
It was impossible to cook as the pans were dirty as well as the grill pan was full of grease and dirty plates in the cupboard
I got in touch with Noki they got back to me 2 days later and sent a cleaner the day before we left

Once at the place it was nice. The challenge was instructions for finding it were not clear.
Instructions on how to find the place, parking instructions and sound proofing on front bedroom.

A lovely property, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Excellent location for central Chester. 5min walk to city centre. Comfy beds. Outside space a bonus. Paid parking directly opposite the property.
Happy with everything.

It was lovely place to stay ,so close to the centre of Chester
Parking was a issue and confusion with hosts especially regarding email trail

Good location. Nicely decorated, clean and modern. Very helpful staff.
It was difficult to find as Google maps kept taking us to a location slightly further up the road. Booking.com staff were very helpful at resolving this.
4.5
Lovely house in a perfect location.
Managed to park the car in Walpole Street as there were no parking restrictions...bonus!
Very clean and had everything we needed!
Beds comfy
Will definitely return.
Would be really picky, saying this. Ideally there should be a blind up at the downstairs bathroom window. Also the house was very cold and the heating system kept reverting back to timed. Fully understand this in the current climate but ideally the timings need to change. There is no heating in either bathroom so was quite chilly, so remember to keep the door shut as this helps with keeping the rooms warm.

The location was perfect for our needs. Although there were several car parks in the area, we were able to find space for 2 cars in the surrounding streets. NB No parking restrictions in Walpole St (1st L after property).
The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
A Tesco Express is located 5 mins walk away at 5 Delamere St (just off the roundabout - rather hidden away).
It was not a problem for us, but the house is on a very busy road and might not suit light sleepers, especially the main bedroom with ensuite.
It would have been good to have some local information.

Fantastic location and proximity to the town centre
House is on a main road and close the hospital so lots of blue light services heard. That mouse might not be a bother to some people & the short distance to the town centre makes up for the noise at night
