Just gorgeous
This property is beautiful and located perfectly to watch the port and locals.
The promenade is prefect for roller skating, skate boarding or bike riding and the view is just gorgeous.
The property itself was surprisingly large with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen in the basement which really helped cope with the warm weather, not to mention the history behind it.
Would recommend this property to everyone.

Bonfire night on the Hoe.
Beautiful restoration ,Oustanding views of Hoe, spoilt by penny pinching on car park permits and debit cards being charged for as credit cards.

A fantastically located apartment. Well furnished with a lot of attention to detail.
Very classy apartment. Equipment to a high standard. Very comfortable and well designed . Extremely clean we had a problem with drainage of the sink and in one of the shower rooms, it was dealt with efficiently, however the problem persisted but again the problem was sorted eventually. The apartment is brilliantly situated . This was third time in these apartments and it appears the refurbishment of them all is of a high standard . The kitchen is very well equipped with very tasteful crockery etc. Beds comfortable etc. A lovely stay well recommended . I just hope all future guests treat It respectfully and help to keep it to the standard that it is at the moment.

A gem in the City centre
A lovely, spacious two level home. Centrally located with room for 7 people. New renovations made it a wonderful place to stay. Queries were handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Overnight stop - first time Airbnb user
So this was my first time using Airbnb and I can definitely say I'm a convert! The property has a large lounge with high ceilings and lots of character with a lovely view over the water. Downstairs has been recently renovated and has everything you need and finished to a high standard. If I'm ever in Plymouth again I will look to stay here.

This apartment would be lovely when finished as it was in the middle of a major renovation.
Painting unfinished, window latches not fixed, skirting boards and doors unpainted and doors sticking, bathroom stench pipe uncapped causing unpleasant odour, rubble outside on the window cills, cupboard doors not on and shelves not fitted, some cupboards containing building materials. Lack of some furniture in rooms, no bathmat in one shower.
For the money, we would have expected a welcome breakfast pack.
Also, when we booked the apartment ON THE FOURTH FLOOR WITH BALCONY SO WE COULD WATCH THE FIREWORKS,
we did not expect to be moved to the ground floor after full payment had been taken.
The parking situation also was difficult with the neighbour in No 2 complaining about taking 6" of his space when there was space further along in front of his property. There were also other vehicles with no permits displayed, parked in the allocated area.

Excellent location
5 of us stayed for one night in July. Massive flat in a very central location - five minutes walk to town centre and minutes walk the other direction to the ho and barbican. Fully equipped with everything you need which was fab not having to take any of that stuff with us. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely manager who sorted out an extra car permit for us within minutes of ringing him. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely nook with them again.

Brilliant!
This was the second time I booked a Plumlocations property in Plymouth, and having been so impressed the first time I didn't hesitate with this one - and we weren't disappointed! We were the first holiday tenants at Elliot Terrace, a building of some historical standing and just a stone's throw away from the city centre. Being on the Hoe, it's not the same style as the Royal William Yard, perhaps a little rough around the edges in comparison, but still a top-quality rental in a beautiful period building. Everything was clean, comfortable, welcoming and bother-free. The owners (as well as the gentleman who came to fit the brand-new dishwasher!) were helpful, friendly and discrete. The private courtyard is a nice little bonus meaning you can eat outside and also leave the children to run around in total safety. This is definitely up to the quality I have come to expect from Plumlocations, the price is frankly very reasonable (even at high season) and I would recommend it to any family!
