Excellent late check in and beautiful room

Spotlessly clean property,, approximately 15 minute walk from the centre of Chester ,it has local shops cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk, owners very helpful on booking in but we didn’t see them again during the stay, a map of the city was available in the room along with a treasure hunt for the walk into Chester which was quite fun
Nothing really, it is on a busy road but our room was at the back of the property, parking is on one of the side streets,

Lovely welcome, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of drawer and hanging space. Well supplied tea/coffee facilities. On street parking locally. Well situated in a pleasant area very close to Chester centre and an easy walk to Hoole village with pubs, shops, eating places.
Might have to search around for a parking space. Breakfast not available but cafes nearby, ok for me as I don’t usually want to eat first thing.

Situated in a very good location for local bars, restaurants, indian food, barbershops, and Chester train station. It is a good residential area. The rooms vary in size and price. The lady who owns it is very nice and regularly asked if i needed anything.
My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a full-length mirror. A modern sink with a mirror and a small TV.
A microwave and small fridge in provided. There are two showers available, too. The building is well maintained and clean. There is a small garden to sit in or have a smoke.
It is quite reasonable as a guest house. Although there were other guests, i only saw two of them twice, and there was no expected noise.
It is quite fair for the price. There is also a laundry shop about 10 minutes away that is reasonably priced.
My room faced Hoole way, which is a very busy road. Although it slows late at night, it can be slightly distacting. But that is the price for being in a good location. Aside from that, there are no other issues.

Great little room, comfy
Tv reception kept failing

A hidden gem, great location, plenty of pubs, food outlets nearby.
Very clean, very comfortable. The hosts were very sweet.
My only gripe was road noise, which dropped off quite late, pick a room at the rear if this will be an issue.

Not a bad size room. Coffee and tea available.
The room quite dated also the TV kept going on and off frequently.

This is a lovely Guest House in a great location. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the shower was perfect.
We were met upon arrival by one of the owners who was lovely, polite and explained everything we needed to know about the property and area.
It is about 1mile from Chester centre but near the accommodation is a lovely Italian, Tapas, Sainsbury's, Costa and also Bakers, Fishmongers and Butchers along with other shops and pubs.
It is like a little village.
Nothing everything was perfect from booking, arriving and departing.

No breakfast, so cannot comment. Location was very good.
It was a problem that there was no chair at all in the room, neither an upright one with some kind of table at which to write, nor an easy chair in which to relax. Of course it was quite a small room, so there was little space, but it did appear a small upright chair could have been fitted in. I would have found that very useful. But the room in other respects was excellent.

Everything: A beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable guest house. I dread to give a good review as there may not be any room vacancies when I come to book next.
The owners are absolutely a key part of the guest house,. Wonderful people.
Having to come home. I wish I could have stayed the whole week.

Everything was great. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely and warm. The bed was so comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had packets of sweets on top of our towels, a lovely touch. We did the treasure hunt, which the owner gave us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely return and recommend.

A very nice stay booked at very short notice. The location was excellent for us for where we needed to be the next day. The room was well equipped with kettle and drinks. There was a microwave and Fridge for communal use in the entry porch.
Parking could be a problem but fortunately we arrived after 6pm when parking on the road was free

On a bus route for easy access to city centre. Room was beautifully clean.
Busy road at night. Hot tap took a long time for water and show to get hot.
