I’m happy to report that my stay at this property exceeded my expectations. From the moment I made the reservation, the hosts were outstanding in their communication and made sure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their communication in anticipation to possible inquiries made me feel welcome even before I arrived. The location of the property was great. Situated in a prime area, it offered convenient access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops, making my stay both enjoyable and convenient. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or simply relax by the pool, everything was within a short distance from the property. Upon entering the rental, I was immediately impressed. The hosts had clearly put great effort into maintaining the property to a high standard. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking an exceptional experience. In summary, the hosts' excellent communication, combined with the property's location, cleanliness, and good view, made my stay unforgettable. Great location, great balcony and the view is amazing. The check in was very quick as compared to other hotels in Vegas.

The room was more than adequate! We loved our stay. The location was great you could be in the thick of it and then return to your room for peace and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo is gorgeous and immaculate. With a great view from the balcony. Very simple valet parking system that worked to perfection. My girlfriend and I would return to this condo in a second. Highly recommend this condo. The owner Joe and Debora were great. Communication was perfect. If I come back to Vegas I’m coming back here. Mike and Cindy.

This location is so perfect for strip purposes. It was quiet. Very clean. I definitely would stay with Joe and his Wife every time their room is available.

Truly a nice place to stay. Close enough to everything, great amenities in the room, pools at every tower and at the MGM Casino that have drinks and food served. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owners were very good at communication and with any help that is at all needed. I highly recommend.

The pictures posted accurately portray the property. Price was a bargain (no resort fees & no parking fees) & most importantly, condo is located on the quiet side (some units face Top Golf & the airport, which tend to be much noisier). Highly recommended & I'm a tough critic!

We enjoyed our stay here. Really loved the large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The tv in the bathroom had no service but not a biggie. Very quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Long walk to casino but enjoyed being able to pick up a Lyft right out in front of the hotel. It is also gated to get in the property which made me feel safer. Didn't want to walk much on the strip because it didn't feel safe so we took Lyft everywhere. Worked out good. Joe was very responsive to any questions. Liked having a microwave for heating up those leftovers from the great restaurants in Vegas. Didn't use the stove top but nice option to have. We would stay again.

Great location I have stayed at the Signature at MGM a few dozen times and this was a great deal and seamless stay. It was a little hard to get a drink at the Casino due to the Covid rules the governor had in place that closed all the bars that didn't serve food. But apart from that, it was a flawless vacation. Thank you Joe!

The property is exactly as pictured and the resort is exactly where it is said to be. Quiet and off the strip with immediate access to MGM and all its benefits. The room is very clean and quiet, but not pristine clean. The resort hallways and public areas need a deep cleaning and updating. We DO recommend this unit. It’s comparatively a very good value in a very nice resort. It’s super easy to walk around the strip or grab an Uber.

Have stayed at the MGM Signature before and this property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable with a fantastic Strip view. Only negative was some rather rowdy neighbors at 4 am since the unit is fairly close to the elevators and you get a bit more people traffic in the hallways. But hey, this is Vegas so that is probably expected and certainly no fault of the owners?!

This is a great place to stay in Vegas away from the crowded streets but just a short walk to MGM grand restaurants, stores and the monorail. The room is well maintained spacious studio with a stocked kitchenette if you’re inclined to stay in and make a meal. The king size bed in super comfortable we didn’t use the pull out bed but the room is so big it wouldn’t feel crowded if it was pulled out.The owners are great at Keeping you informed on directions, check-in and other information that might be needed. I definitely recommend this property.

What a nice unit to stay in. Everything you need.Very convenient to get to the strip. We were surprised at how quiet the room was. Having a patio was a nice plus. You can open it to let some fresh air in. And the view is priceless! Pools and the lazy river are beautiful.
