Hay cuatro plazas de aparcamiento en la calle, a 10 minutos a pie del parque infantil de la bahía de Rangiuru y de una cancha de tenis pómez compartida. Lago Tarawera es un gran lugar para vacaciones donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad que hace de esta zona única. A solo 15 minutos en automóvil de todas las delicias turísticas que Rotorua tiene para ofrecer.

Everything about this property was awesome! We were there for trout fishing opening, so the jetty was perfect, we didn’t have great weather but the views made up for that.. would have been happy to just sit and enjoy the view and not fish in the rain lol!

Great stay with my husbands aunt and uncle visiting from Australia…they were blown away by the view of Lake Tarawera! House was the perfect set up for us and a massive bonus to have our miniature schnauzer Gracie be welcomed as well.

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing view. We had 8 people staying and the house didn't feel crowded. It worked really well. Communication with Paul was great!

What a fabulous place to stay the views were magical peaceful and and quiet you would never know you had neighbours. We had a ball felt very comfortable and at home would definitely like to go back.

The house was perfect - everything that we needed for our stay. The location is great and the view spectacular. The only issue was that we had to go outside to access one of the bedrooms, which wouldn’t have been an issue, if there hadn’t been thunderstorms…

Bach was comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a few days relaxing lakeside. The large deck was great & captured sun until mid afternoon. Fireplace warms the open plan lounge & kitchen well. The teens enjoyed extra lounge/bedroom downstairs. Great to have quick access to private jetty & the lake path around to boat shed bay. Would definitely recommend this bach.

Great view, great property, great locale, great paddling
My sister and I, husbands and 80yr old mother came here for 3 nights. The mid-level house is lovely with a fabulous picture view of Boatshed Bay, open fire and refurbed kitchen and bathroom. (Upstairs is locked off). Beautiful walks through the bush and around the lakefront, and a highlight was the peaceful paddle around to next bay using the two included kayaks (yay!)
If arriving in winter, light the fire immediately as takes ages to warm up the open plan house, even with extra oil and fan heater. Place would be amazing in summer! Definitely recommend it, didn't want to leave.

FAMILY HOLIDAY
The property is in a fantastic location, the jetty easily accommodated our 7m boat. The veiws are absolutely fantastic, unfortunately we had rain the whole time so did not get to see the summit of Tarawera. The batch is well set up, nice kitchen and plenty of space in the living room. The one minor negative was the BBQ had not been cleaned in months.

A wonderful place to stay, fantastic views from the deck looking out over Boat Shed Bay and beyond. Reasonable but steep access to the jetty below the house, this was a great asset allowing us to leave the boat in the water ready for use. Good sleeping arrangements for the extended family. A very good standard of accommodation and facilities. Very keen to return.

Great house, great view
Stayed at Lake T for a long weekend and the house was perfect. A fire and comfy sofas for the adults upstairs and the rumpus room downstairs for the kids was amazing. Had all the information we needed from our host Paul and everything went well. Thanks very much.

Great location and property
Excellent spot, massive deck , big bbq and private jetty to tie up the boat. Tuis and wood pigeons were our cosntant companions. Paul was easy to deal with and the whole experience was hassle free.

TARA-DICE -Lake Tarawera
Our families stayed at this bach for 3 nights in July.
The bach is clean, modern and warm and we enjoyed our stay there. This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to Rotorua but don't want to be right in the city. There are 2 things I think prospective guests should know.
The bach has three bedrooms but the third bedroom is below the main area and does not have internal access. This will be great if you have several noisy teenagers, but not so good if you have younger children or a single child.
The bach has excellent wifi, but no cellular coverage- at least for for vodafone & 2degrees.
The view over the lake was amazing, and the lemons on the lemon tree are great with a gin and tonic. Would stay again.

What a lovely place! The view... Second to none.
We arrived in the afternoon and the fire was going. Nice touch on a cold winter's day. The house was very clean and tidy. Absolutely peacefull!

We loved our stay here. The views are amazing and the house well equipped. Modern kitchen bathroom etc and expansive decking. It was wonderful parking the boat at the private jetty and walking up to the house. Will stay again

Georgeous views
We had a great family long weekend with amazing views of the lake from the Bach which is well stocked with everything you need. We didn’t get great weather so didn’t spend time on the large deck which would be terrific on a fine day. The main level seems newly decorated with 2 bedrooms and lovely living/dining/kitchen areas. The basement area has external access only and is a large space with a separate toilet and shower. It is amongst georgeous bush and bird life and close to a boat launching bay. Thanks Paul for sharing your paradise with us.
