We really enjoyed our stay at this condo within the resort. It was über convenient, so comfortable, safe and full of amenities. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming! Very well done!!

Best kept secret in Orlando, great location to Disney and to the outlet malls and restuarant. The owner Jim is great if you have a problem he will call you right back and he will give you suggestions for things to do in Orlando and good places to eat. This is my eight straight year of renting from Jims condo. Theres three pools to choice from and the diner and pizza shop next door is excellent for a quick bite to eat.

Vista Cay is a wonderful community. This condo was clean, spacious, and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The communication was great, check-in process was easy, will definitely stay here again!

This property was great for our family trip to Orlando for a swim meet. The condo was clean with nice furnishings. Jim was quick to respond to a few questions that I had before and during our stay. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and an ample supply of pots/pans, etc. The bathrooms were a good size as were the bedrooms. It was also nice that there were extra beach towels provided for our use. We brought some with us, but the extras in the condo came in handy. We did not use the main pool by the clubhouse but the pool nearest our condo location was great! Because of size of the resort, and multiple condo buildings on the property, I was initially worried that it could be noisy at night, but we did not experience any problems with excessive noise. Overall this was a great rental. I would stay here again in the future.

We stayed here during an event at the OCCC. The location was perfect, easy access to all the places we needed to be. The property was clean, safe, and welcoming. The owner was very communicative and answered questions prior to our stay. Had all the basics we needed; a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathrooms would have been a real plus but that was not a deal breaker - we would stay here again!

The property at Vista Cay was exactly what we were looking for. The property owner was easy to work with and was sensitive to our needs. Would highly recommend this location for your next stay! Very convenient to Convention Center and Publix grocery store. Clean and comfortable. One of the closets were so big you could have had a 4th bedroom for kids.

Golf trip with three guys! Preferred having our own rooms and this property was perfect. There was good space to spread out and the layout was fantastic.
Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room and the kitchen had more than enough. Within a short walking distance is a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly, and I mean highly recommend the Venezuelan restaurant that is in the business park adjacent to these condos. The food there is incredible and I do not consider myself a foodie.
You are about 1.5 MI away from International Boulevard which is where you will find every restaurant and shop. My group did not go to Universal but it was very apparent that this would be ideal even if you wanted to walk to universal.
I did shoot a hole in one on the second hole that we played. I am nearly positive that my luck was attributed to this location :) ok maybe not but the lodging was great.

The condo was clean and close to universal and discovery cove. It was nicely stocked for starting out. The only issue I had was the pans. They were old and food stuck even with oil. Some upgraded non stick pans would be nice for next time. The beds were nice but the mattress was a little firmer than I’m used to. Loved the condo and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thanks so much to Jim for a great week at a fabulous place. The pool is within walking distance, which is what we wanted most. The condo was clean and well cared for. Jim was extremely responsive helpful when we needed to adjust our dates. I’d stay here again!

Excellent location for OCCC. Stayed for AAU youth sports. Lots of families with teens. Unit was wonderful. Busy holiday week made parking a little sparse and the pool busy. We were fine but that might be an issue for some. So close to pool and Publix grocery and coffee shop. Felt safe walking to store alone at night too. I cooked every day and all appliances were great. There is an elevator however we only used stair case. Night time noise was not an issue. Very happy with our stay. So easy to enjoy yourself here.

Been going to this Condo for seven years now. Best kept secret in Orlando, once you stay here you will not go any place eles!! You have two nice pools to choice from, a diner and pizza shop nextdoor and both places the food is GOOD. COCCO BEACH is only a short drive away about a 45 minute drive.The owner Jim is awesome he is very friendly and returns calls very quickly!

We stayed for the 2023 AAU Volleyball Nationals and this condo was perfect! Super clean, close to Publix and the OCCC. This is located on the side of Vista Cay with the smaller pool, which was great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has every single thing you need. The owner had snacks out for us, beach towels on hand, and travel size shampoo & conditioner in case we had forgotten ours. There were books and magazines, a domino game, sand toys and a basketball in the condo as well. Everything you need for a fantastic stay! Most important of all, communication from the owner was always prompt, clear and kind. We will definitely look to book this condo anytime we are in Orlando moving forward!

My two sons and I stayed at this property while there for a swim meet. It’s conveniently located to all the main attractions in Orlando. The condo was clean and the owner was responsive to my questions prior to arrival. They are renovating the pool so the pool on this side of vista cay was fairly small. Luckily guests have access to the main vista cay pool so that worked out perfect! We would stay here again!

We visited for my daughters dance event at the Orange County Convention Center and the condo was perfect! The location is a very short, convenient drive to OCCC as well as grocery and restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and well kept and a perfect fit for our group of 6!
