The location can’t be beat. Vista Cay is perfectly situated to have you close to whatever attractions or amenities you need.
This unit has been renovated with new flooring, is very spacious, and easily accessible on the main floor. Although the resort is starting to show its age a bit, this unit has been well maintained and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend this unit and the Vista Cay resort as a whole.

Checkin us at 4 pm. We arrived at that time to our great surprise that they did not even start cleaning yet!!! Even after cleaning place was dirty. Furniture is falling apart. Hardly any kitchen utensils. Never again

The condo was easy to access and very clean. Nice tile floors. The stoked supplies were good for a few day, we did bring extra dome home to supplement (dish washer tabs, trash bars and laundry detergent). Paper towels and toilet paper were perfect for 6 days
The double beds are double beds so our tall teenagers fit one to a bed. Sofa seating for 5 only.
Very nice and convenient location to pool, convention center, Publix and chic fil a.

My family and I booked this property for our stay in Orlando for spring break. The space was very spacious and very clean and well decorated. It included all of the essentials that we needed and offered instructions on having groceries delivered which was very helpful. The resort itself included many amenities that were fun for us and the kids (pool w/bar, basketball court, arcade, etc). We would definitely stay again.

I was under the impression that I booked my stay until the Sunday. In fact, I must have hit Saturday and did not pay attention to it. So when I tried to call and correct it and book for longer I was told I could not but I wasn't even given a choice of anything to help with. I have stayed many times with VBRO. I am very disappointed with this outcome

The apartment comfortably accommodated the 4 of us. It is very well decorated and appointed and has spectacular views of the resort, particularly at sunset. The ski locker is spacious, and the unit is right on the main run down to the base. One thing to note if one does not have a car. The last shuttle to the base leaves at 5pm, and after that one has to arrange one’s own transportation. Overall, an excellent ski apartment.

This property is located equidistant to Disney and Universal parks, and conveniently located for groceries and pharmacy. The complex is in a gated area of the resort, though pedestrian bypass access is allowed. It’s clean and quiet in the evenings. Pool area is beautiful. The unit itself was well appointed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The third “bedroom”, is set up in what originally would be a home office. The French doors with sheer curtains do not offer any privacy, so not an ideal space for a teen or adult. There’s also no closet or any where to hang clothes. That room is the only thing holding us back from staying here again.

We loved the space and the location of our stay. Access to the pool was easy and parking is great. This is a nice place for a trip to Universal Studios or Disney. Communication with Casiola Vacation Homes was quick and helpful but we had issues with the guest toilet that took several days to resolve as well as the garbage disposal in the sink not working when we arrived. The owner told us they would have both issues fixed same day and they weren't fixed until a full day and a half later. The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived but other than that the space was clean. It was a good stay and for the most part I would recommend others to stay here.

We loved our vacation!
Thank you for a wonderful stay! The unit is nicely decorated, spacious, and very welcoming when we arrived. We appreciated the many amenities that were provided to us. The grandkids loved our "Florida home" as they called it! No one wanted to leave!
The whole resort provides a perfect stay - safe feeling, close parking, a beautiful pool area, a fun play area, helpful office staff, a relaxing walking path - and all of it close to other businesses like the pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, adventure parks, and the convention center. I'm so glad we chose this over any hotel experience.
Our only suggestion is to consider offering a couple types of pillows - some firm but also some softer. The mattresses were comfortable!
We highly recommend your unit and hope to return again some day!

Beautiful Home
The home was really nice. Everything was superb. The only thing I wanted to mention is that the king bed was a bit stiff unlike the others. Other than the king bed, the stay was amazing.

Sunny days was a great property in the perfect location of attending an event at the convention center! It was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable! We will definitely look into staying again! I would recommend adding more amenities for families staying longer durations - toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Kitchen could use some kitchen towels and the bathroom some bath mats and hooks to hang towels, etc.

Checked in early ro find out the code didnt work, one of the bedrooms had no privacy. The room was right off the kitchen with window covered doors. Asked for some blackened privacy panels for the room, no one responded.

Absolutely Nice
My family enjoy our stay. Everyone was nice and friendly. The condo was nice, neat, and clean. Looks just how they have it on the pics for advertising. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely planning on coming back to visit.
