The unit was just as hoped. Clean and comfortable with a view of the lake and close to Publix and several casual restaurants. Management was as responsive and helpful. Lovely experience overall.

The location, facility, and apartment were excellent. Kitchen stocked enough to make decent meals with ease. Check-in and out was super easy and the apartment was nicely appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend and will in fact use again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was located in a very convenient location to go both to the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Close to a grocery store and many great restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The space itself was perfect for our family. Lots of space and a great balcony to watch the sunset. My only complaint is the noise from the nearby road was loud for sleeping.

We were all extremely happy with this condo! Everything from the communication from the owners, to a very easy checkin, to a beautiful and clean condo was top notch. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Also met the owners, who were onsite, and very accommodating for a little earlier check in, after a long drive from Cincinnati. Would highly recommend for anything at the convention center or any of the nearby attractions in Orlando. A great home, and very clean!

Excellent location!
Overall our stay was nice. The location was so convenient to what we were in town to do (SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica). It was also very convenient to Publix, gas and restaurants in a safe part of town near convention center and Icon Park. The condo was clean and smelled nice. It could use some updates and the A/C ducts need desperately to be cleaned as there was dust in them and black marks on ceilings outside of every vent. I would recommend for a spacious rental for a family.

Volleyball Nationals Success!
In addition to everything you see in the online listing (which is completely accurate), this property is walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center, making our stay for AAU Volleyball Nationals pure perfection. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Universal Experience
We were celebrating my step-son's 14th birthday at Universal Studios. My adult children met us in Orlando. The 6 of us so enjoyed our stay at Lin's VistaCay condo. We ate in the dining room, cooked breakfast together in the large kitchen, enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony each night, and all had our own room to escape at the end of the say. Everything you could want or need was in the house was waiting for us. A true pleasure and a great weekend! Thank you for making a wonderful memory for our family that we will remember forever.

Amazing Experience
My husband and I booked this trip at the spur of the moment after experiencing 3 close deaths over a 6 weeks period (1 being the Death of my Grandma who raised me from 6 months). We are from Philadelphia & both love Florida.
This Penthouse Condo was exactly what we needed. Its welcoming warm decor made us feel right at home (No pun intended).
It allowed us to download, recharge, refocus and leave some bad energy on the running trail every Morning.
Lin was absolutely Amazing there is not 1 detail missed. I had to contact her and the warmth she exuded made our trip even more enjoyable.
We are planning our next visit for October & intend to book this location again...
I'd highly recommend...

Clean and Comfortable
The property was just as nice as the description and pictures promised. Everything was clean and comfortable. Granite countertops and upscale appliances made the kitchen fun to cook it. The unit is very roomy, with room to spread out and not feel cramped.

Even better than expected!
Really beautiful condo, nicely furnished and decorated and kitchen has all that you need. Location is very convenient to Disney World and other parks. It’s a 5 minute walk to Publix, a liquor store and a great pizza place. Lin was super, very quick response to our questions. The check-in procedure was super — we got a gate code and door entry code by email, and we just let ourselves in. Awesome experience.

Beautiful, fabulous condo!
Our family rented this condo for 6 nights in October 2018, and we were very happy with the layout and condition of the condo. We made good use of the living space for big family conversations, and loved having comfortable furniture. All the beds were comfy. One of the guest bedrooms could use the room-darkening shade we used in the master bedroom. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked for home cooking of our meals. The one item that is needed is more spoons. So convenient to have a full-size laundry room; we were able to pack light because of this. Very quiet building, and we also used the "Quiet Pool" several times. The road we crossed to get to Publix and the Quiet Pool is a very quiet, very low-traffic road. We would highly recommend this condo, and would rent this again if we find ourselves in the Orlando area.
