I enjoyed my stay at the little apartment. The location and the view are amazing. I will be back if I could. My advice to make the checking easier is to know that the key box is at the right side of the elevator. you can not see them when entering. My advise to the owner is to remove things that are not belong to the apartment, to organize the kitchen with utensils, the cabinets are full of things that shouldn't be there. The condominium will be much more comfortable and with more space. The place is a jewell. If I were the owner I would update it and charge accordantly. I Was certainly in love with the location and the magnificent view.

The location and view is all you need to know. Perfect for watching the waves and for walking to restaurants and shops. Easy to work with the owner. Unit was as described and no surprises. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved the property and that view is priceless! It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean every morning and enjoy the patio at night. I would definitely stay here again. The check in process was somewhat new for me, but Paulet explains everything well and very clearly.

Five star location and view. Close to everything you need. 24 hour CVS on the corner, food everywhere, exciting nightlife a very short Uber drive away. Lots of locks and keys to get in the unit. Made me feel like me and my belongings were safe and sound.

The location is great. The beach view is amazing! however, there were a few downsides to staying here. The bed was as hard as a rock so if you are someone who needs a comfy bed on vacation, this isnt it. There were also weird stains on the comforter and sheets making me question if they were clean. Had to dust some sort crumbs out of the bed which made me uncomfortable so I slept on one of the blankets. The showers we took were mostly cold showers or Luke warm. Never once did it get hot.

That was our first time in PR and it was Amazing. The condo is in a perfect location. Right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and we even walked to Old San Juan few times. The condo has everything you need and the host was very friendly and welcoming. We we’ll definitely be back soon❤️🇵🇷

5th time staying in this building: first time in this particular condo. Previous reviews are,for the most point, accurate. Condo could benefit from a “spruce up” abit of a declutter. That said, it certainly did not take away from a fabulous 8 day vacation!! Paulet was a good host, always available if needed.

If all you need is a great view and location, this will work. The property itself seems to be in need of restoration. The condo is in serious need of deep cleaning and organizing, it's too cluttered with a lot of unnecessary night tables stacked on top of each other.

This property is right on the beach and is a prime location for the night life around the neighborhood it resides in. I like the cleanliness of the condo and property. The security for the building is top notch. The owner is very easy to get a hold of if something is needed. Waking up to the ocean crashing on the beach below is something I got use to real quick. I will definitely be revisiting 5A. Thanks again Paulette we will be in touch about more dates. Enjoy guys.

Stayed at this condo for a week (November 11th through the 18th). The 180° view from the balcony is spectacular. Building is right on the beach and is very safe and secure. Neighborhood is wonderful and everything you need is within walking distance. The host, Paulet, is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again. The price is great.

Amazing condo with beautiful views of the ocean in living room and bed room. The condo is right on the beach. Many bars and restaurants near by. Loved the place and paulett was a wonderful host! Will return soon!

1.First the owner send you a contract through email that you need to print, sign and return? What?
2. Then she sends you the keys by mail, What?
3. I got there and realized that she send me the keys but not the beeper to the gate. Wasn't able to get in. I got there at 8pm and the front of the building was full of cars and people partying and hanging at the beach so there was no place for me to park my car, walk through the gate, go up, get beeper, come back down, park the car and go back up!
4. I called her at least 10 times with no answer, sent emails and finally a neighbor opened the gate for me.
5.Park the car (don't even ask me about the stick that you have to stand up everytime you leave!
6. Get to the lobby, and the elevator was not working! BTW her apt is on a 5th floor! And no need to say I had 2 laugages and a back pack!
7. Go to the stairs and there is no light! Not even emergency lights! So 100% I could not go up! I also have a sprained ankle so just imagine!
8. Go back to my car to get out of the complex and you need the beeper to get out.At this point I am crying, don't know what to do and finally the owner calls me. She is like oh I didn't know the elevator was not working, oh I didn't know there is no light in staircase. And bascically says the only way to get out is to go up to the apt and get the beeper.
8. I finally decide to go up since I was scared and I had no other option since I was already late for my meeting like an HR! I get to the 5th floor covered in sweat and ankle pain and the door to the hallway doesn't open!
9. Go back down 5 floors and a neighbor explains that the door has a tick and that he'll go up with me and help me. Up 5 floors again!
10. get into the Apt and guess what, no power! I had to go to the breaker box with the flashligth of my phone to turn on the breakers!
11. Once in the apt smells like dust. Literally old! Everything is old, looks and smells like a thrift store, I wish I could share pictures. She has random small lamps all over and none worked except for one. She asks me to change the light bulbs, WHAT? There are rotten nails holding a 100 year old curtain on the bathroom window. It was just HORRIBLE!
I can continue my story just detailing all the bad things about this stay.This is not ready for renters, this is an old apt that the owner has full of junk.I travel all the time and this is my first time having an experience like this.
PS. Had to return keys by MAIL! Ugh

My wife and I spent three nights at this condo and was not ready to leave. The location is very convenient to many stores and restaurants. The owner, Paulet, was very accommodating which made our vacation very enjoyable. And, the condo being oceanfront was simply amazing!

This CONDO is perfectly situated, walking distance to restaurants, shops, CVS and more importantly, right on the beach, literally. Safe, clean, amazing place, 2nd time family is visiting, highly recommended.

This condo is absolutely the best value for your money. It would cost you twice + to stay next door at the fancy Marriott and you wouldnt even have oceanfront view!. The condo is a little dated as other reviews have noted....but really do you care??!. We slept, ate. showered, and enjoyed the balcony and amazing views....the rest of the time we were out having fun. The big hotel is next door for the casino, catching a cab, etc. Paulet was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this condo. I will go back and stay here again.
