Das Apartment hate alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und abgelegen, es gab hier kein Schwefel Geruch so wie in der Stadt. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen.
Ich wollte 10 Punkte geben aber ich habe mich in meiner Privatsphäre gestört gefühlt. Die Besitzerin wohnt auch im Haus und es gibt eine Tür von Ihnen und eine von außen für die Gäste. Die Besitzerin hat gedacht wir wären nicht da und hat das Apartment beträten von der inneren Tür um nach dem rechten zu sehen ( ihrer Meinung nach) Ich habe ihr Klopfen nicht gehört und habe mich zu Tode erschreckt als sie auf einmal da war. Ich habe mich danach überhaupt nicht mehr wohl sicher und wohlgefühlt im Apartment.
Verbesserung Vorschlag. Fragen Sie ihre Gäste vorher ob sie wollen das sie im Apartment sauber machen und beträten sie kein Apartment ohne Zustimmung des Gastes.
Ich habe persönlich keine Information gefunden das das zum Service dazu gehört.

Lovely, great communication, well appointed and comfortable. The kind of place we'd like to stay whenever we go to Rotorua. Annie and Dale are kind and knowledgeable and the place is peaceful and has everything you need and want for an accommodation. A perfect home away from home. Highly recommended.

Dale and Annie were fantastic hosts. Place was well taken care of. With great view of geysers over off at the far end everyday.

Breakfast options were all very good. A modern lodging in a quiet neighborhood with great views and ample parking. Our hosts were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

Exceptional and friendly hosts that ensured we were super comfortable for our stay. I was provided ground coffee for the french press! Extremely clean and comfy (warm) rooms and bathroom. Location is not in the city centre (defo need a car) but that was not an issue for us. The house was on a very peaceful street with lovely views over the city. Very near Te Puia which was where we wanted to visit and a short drive to the skyline/town for restaurants.

A lovely setting with expansive views across the valley. Enjoyed meeting and chatting with our friendly and helpful hosts, Comfy room. The lift from the garage was a treat, saved hauling our luggage up the stairs. Yummy brekkie, and we both enjoyed our choices of delicious homemade omelet and eggs benedict.

Annie and Dale were great hosts, very informative about the area and always happy to chat with us. Would definitely recommend staying here to others, and if ever in Rotorua again we would love to come back.

Annie and Dale have an excellent B & B in a quiet suburb of Rotorua; I enjoyed every minute of the stay. Room was ample with great bathroom and brilliant shower. Bed comfortable and breakfast was exemplary - Dale really knows his eggs! cannot recommend more for genuine kiwi hospitality.

What a great room with a view! All perfect and luxurious details available in room: fresh milk for morning coffee, bathrobe, amenities, plates and cutlery, smart tv, … . Spacious room with perfect balcony and safe parking. Amazing warm and welcoming hosts Annie and Dale! Delicious à la carte BF, accompanied with morning nice chat. They gave me some great tips for roadtrip and must see’s. Absolute highlight of my roadtrip on the Northern island!

Lovely hosts, amazing breakfast service, and coffee!
A clean, tidy, spacious, and pleasant space. Great air con for summer and very good shower pressures.
Unfortunately as a solo traveler it was quite pricey for me, but definitely quality accommodation so I understand the price point. The location is a little bit ‘out of the way’ but this didn’t bother me at all because I had my car and wanted to stay in a quiet area.

Annie and Dale were perfect hosts and we enjoyed our chats while they made us a beautiful breakfast. The room was very nicely appointed and the bathroom had all we needed - heater, heated towel rail and fan etc. There are great views over Rotorua to the lake. It is a nice quiet area among other lovely homes.
Everything was fine and the bed was comfortable.
