Value for money and the owner is a good sort

A little old and run down with the rooms

Good location!

Rooms are quite outdated. Beds aren’t super comfy. Found two cockroaches in the room. Needs a good revamp

Location, friendly staff. Facilities were clean and stock was there (coffee plunger was a nice addition).

The stay was great. It would have been nice if the fridge was turned on before our arrival to be able to put things in straight away as we had to wait for it to cool. A few of the pillows were very very thin also so we did wake with a slightly sore neck. Other than those two items the stay was excellent and very appreciative.

Gave us a reasonably cheap bed for the night as we were passing through Rotorua.

Could really do with a bit of a freshen-up

Aircon would be better

Clean sheets. Comfy enough bed.

The Grounds needed a ckean up. Lawns needed mowing and hedge needed trimming. The furniture in the rooms were run down and old. Shower needs replacing to look a little more modern. Should be air conditioning units in tbe rooms. Very stuffy and hot. Table and chairs outside need replacing. Chair was broken. Need descent toilet spray and toilet paper that doesnt smell. Location was good but for the price the unit wasn't worth it.

Close to tourist attractions

Bit run down for the cost of the stay.

The musty smell, the shower was pitiful. There was an ant infestation which got into all our food and bags.
