Great layout, fit all 13 of us comfortably with lots of room. Would book again if we have a big group meet up

Some of the appliances are in need of updating to be honest. We had troubles with both washing machine and dryer and the dishwasher only just worked too. Kitchen is lacking a bit of cooking equipment too. The only reason we booked a house was to have these amenities.

The house was really nice. All rooms have heaters and 2 heat pumps in the house they all worked great. It had everything we needed eg washing machine & dryer, pots, pans, shampoo & conditioner ect ect. Yes there were a couple of cockroaches and big spiders but that is to be expected when the house is up on a mountain. We had a group of 11 people and there was plenty room for us all! would highly recommend this property! No complaints at all! 27/11/2022

The house was freezing cold when we arrived so it would have been helpful if the host turned on the heat before we got there. The kitchen has no spices and condiments so it was difficult to cook a meal. there were no paper towels or other kitchen towels to clean up with. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dirt. not worth the money.

clean, spacious, close to all amenities, dint have to worry about bringing anything as everything was available at the house

The view was nice but pity the windows were so dirty

This house was filthy! There was mould on the walls, ceilings and on the windows. The house reeked of mould and was very damp. The were hair is some of the beds, slimy mould on the shower walls, old toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen walls and windows were dirty and the oven racks dirty. There were holes in the walls and one of the windows didn't close. This property is in serious need of repairs, maintenance and a decent clean. This property is terrible and we would never have stayed however we were in Rotorua for a funeral and at short notice could find nowhere else for our large group to stay together.

A great place to stay for a big group like us. Everything is perfect, host is very helpful.

This is the 2nd time we have been here, It's location is great and easy to find, with a lovely view, Beds are very comfy and hosts easy to deal with. House always clean and with great basic facilites

The downstairs was very cold, we couldn't get the heat pump working in the big room, it blasted cold air, so was a bit like a fridge, I think the bottom rooms both need heating sorted, otherwise all super comfy beds

needed more towels for 7 females but other than that no faults. was a little way out from the main town

cockroaches, very cold downstairs and musty smell, lounge suite uncomfortable, kitchen was cleanish however utensils didn’t seem very clean and we didn’t feel comfortable cooking there. poor lighting, light bulbs not all working.

Loved the view, the house itself is so beautiful. The yard is very nice and big. Absolutely loved our stay

We liked that it was a big house and everyone had there own rooms.

Cleaning wasn't really up to standards. Toilet walls had old blood stains on one side of the wall. We ended up cleaning it off ourself. There was also old fat on the blinds in the kitchen. And on top of the fan in the kitchen. And also the rubbish bin hadn't been cleaned. overall I would rate our stay a 5 out of 10 if the cleaning was done properly it would be a 8 out of 10.

Very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

It was dog friendly. Had spacious rooms and sleeps a family group.

No working smoke alarms! We tested them as they appeared old and 3 out of 3 did not work. There were 3 frypans but no other dishes that you could use to cook/reheat in the oven, cooktop or microwave. We had to purchase dishes to cook our meals. There were no curtains in the lounge so efficiency of heat pump was not as good as could be to heat the rest of the house. We purchased some hot water bottles and extra blankets as a little chilly for winter.

great location, lots of rooms and beds. great views of the city. lots of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and it was great there were 2 heat pumps and also heaters in the bedrooms.

oven was a little slow to heat but stove top was great. banister and couple of doors need a clean- bit dusty. Would have been good to have a couple of extra blankets in the cupboard (there was only 1)

Good location - nice outlook and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of bedroom space. Kitchen was a reasonable size with good appliances. Easy parking and plenty of lawn space. Heat pumps and heaters warmed the house quite quickly. Beds were very comfortable.

Damp smell upon entering and quite a bit of mould around windows. Furniture in the lounge was flimsy. Single shower and toilet was constantly in demand with 12 people staying. Quite a few large cockroaches around the place.

Because it’s was a quiet place and everything was %100 my family love every single moment when we spend at the property and we don’t feel like coming back to Auckland next time staying even longer in that property or any where else I’m Rotorua
