This was a wonderful place to stay! Not too terribly far from anything. We were at a convention, and the Orange County Convention Center is about a 1.3 mile walk. Very clean, and very spacious! Gary was also a wonderful host. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at Vista Cay was great! Thanks to our hosts for providing a clean, comfortable and spacious place to stay. Close to a grocery store, convention center, places to eat and places to walk. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered at the resort. If we’re in Orlando again in the future, we’d book this condo again.

Wonderful location and excellent management - Grocery store , pharmacy, several restaurants are all within walking distance. Convenient to Universal and Disney. We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It is incredibly spacious. The pictures really don't do it justice. Everything is well-appointed and updated, and the beds and furniture are very comfortable.
Gary and his team were very communicative throughout our stay. The ice maker in the fridge was not working when we arrived. I let Gary know, and a technician was there the next day to address the situation. He even brought a bag of ice with him!
The only issue that I would point out is that you can hear really everything that's happening in the unit above. Not sure what can be done about that. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It gave us space to move around. And the furniture was top notch. Stayed at other places where it was obvious the furniture was bought second hand. At this unit the furniture was up to date and the beds comfortable. The location was great. We had a convention, and just walked. Saving us parking fees each day.

The location is in a safe gated community and the place was bright and spacious. Loved that we could make some of our own meals, and not have to head to the restaurant for every meal or coffee.

We loved this condo! Awesome property. Very clean. Excellent communication from property owners. Check in and out was very easy and he stayed in touch throughout. We were there for the AAU volleyball tournament and this unit was very close to the North Concourse of the Convention Center. A bonus with this particular owner: they will donate any unused/unopened food items to a food pantry which is great. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was incredibly convenient--near a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and the North Concourse of the Orlando Convention Center. A bonus was that there is a running/walking trail on the back side of the property around a lagoon with lots of bird-watching opportunities.

Loved this property. 3 miles to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Place was clean and very roomy. Had everything you would need here. Has a pool where you can buy food and drinks as well. Lots of restaurants nearby too that you can walk to.

Amazing condo
This condo was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Gary was so quick with any email I sent him, The resort had a beautiful pool and great amenities! it was close to lots of places like the grocery store and little restaurants. Was a very close drive to downtown orlando with great restaurants. pool opened up at 9 and never had a problem getting a chair. I would highly recommend this condo!!!
