Location was suitable and free parking was great.

Amenities around the condo were a bit light (ie. washing facilities, cooking facilities apart from the microwave), which is why I haven't rated the property as exceptional. Wifi also wasn't working for a bit in the property which when I didn't have streaming services I could connect to the TV did make for a boring night.

Breakfast wasn’t included

There was no stove in the bedroom as the pictures showed so we pretty much ate out daily . Only had microwave and no washer or dryer as the photo showed and no walkin shower

It's a nice place. Bed could be better though (not so comfortable)

I'm not a fan of elevators so going up to 8th floor wasn't the best for me. Elevators made a lot of noises, lol.

How clean the hotel was and it was close to everything.

The shower and the spa tub were perfect after a long hot day! Location was great, within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do and minimal traffic

I was completely disappointed about the room. I didn't`t liked anything. Sorry to say.

My experiences: - rooms were dirty - strong smell - curtains were torn (!) - room was moist - you couldn`t look trough the window - shower drain was clogged - all furniture was worn … We left the Hotel after two mexican worker showed up in our rooms without speaking one word English. They tried to work on the shower drain - crazy. As said we decided to leave the Hotel immediately. Afterwards I had a conversation with the management and they promised me to call me the other day. Nothing happened. I sent an additional text w/o any response.

Property was very good. Only thing I would mention was the number of towels provided in the property. I felt there could have been more for a family of 4.

No housekeeping service which was not indicated on the website Room needs some updating Curtains are shredded. (Host claimed that new ones were on order.) Armchair is old and worn—holes in the arms Cable TV does not work at all Roku TV remote had dead batteries so we could not use that either. When I notified the host, he came the next day to replace them. But we didn’t realize that was the problem for 2 days bc the tv didn’t work, in general. Only 1 small bar of soap provided. 2 bars should be provided with replacements available. 1 for hands at sink and 1 for shower. Shower has poor water pressure Unable to use bathtub bc the knob to convert it from shower to faucet is broken Tub needs to be recaulked Quality of the towels is not good. Thin and worn. Only provided 2 washcloths for the duration of our stay. We asked for extras but they only brought towels. We would not stay here again. The room was run down and the supplies were skimpy. 1 bar of soap, horrible curtains, thin and scratchy towels, broken TV. I asked the host if he would be willing to waive the late checkout fee in light of the TV issues, the substandard accommodations, and the fact that there was no housekeeping during our stay. (The listing on booking.com did not state that even though he claimed that it did.) When I texted him that request, he called me back and yelled at me and told me that I was complaining about “nothing” and that he shouldn’t be responsible to make sure that the batteries in the remotes work bc he manages too many properties. He said I was being petty and he was very rude. We ended up paying the extra $45 to have late checkout, but we did not appreciate being spoken to so rudely by the host. I'm sure that he would say that if we had brought all of our complaints to his attention that he would have resolved them. But I was on vacation and did not want to have to keep calling him to complain about the quality of our amenities and the room.

There were many things wrong with this apartment: We were given the wrong code for our apartment initially and were locked out for 25 minutes after a long journey Host/House Keeping forgot to replace batteries in TV remotes Our floor stank of Weed Host/House Keeping forgot to reset the locker so for two days so had to hide our belongings and take it with us Broken Bed / Bed Frame, this ruined my whole trip and I suffered from back pain every day during my trip and had to have pain killers Dirty mattress cover Old iron with dirty ironing board Oven was not clean and had old rotten food in there Strong smell coming from sink Washing machine extremely loud and had a coke box in there No AC remote control and could not control speed of AC, the AC was very loud and old. Rude host who shouted at me down the phone. He told me to leave if I was not happy and also said to me this is how customer service is since COVID. He was basically using COVID as an excuse for all the above points. If one thing was wrong it would have been ok but there were too many problems and our Host was extremely rude and arrogant. There clearly was no check list prior to when we arrived, you are better off paying extra and not staying here even if the location is good. DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY AND STAY HERE!

I wish this listing was clear that your not part of the hotel itself. it wasn’t as simple to maintain shampoo or toilet paper as it would have been if I was part of the hotel.

excellent location, just about in walking distance of Universal studios. We enjoyed having a balcony so many places don’t. All very clean, comfortable bed, generous sized bathroom with jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower.

some upgrading would enhance the stay. The TV is very dated, the decor is bland and a little tired. The reception cafe is dark and uninviting. A shuttle to the park would have made a massive difference. we would stay again if that was provided.

It was near Disney, it was clean and smells good.

They didn't give me the code to enter. Tried calling many time didn't answer. Fridge was broken and no one to be contacted, try booking, email, 3 different number, text and nothing. By the second day someone called late in the night for the fridge offered apology and by fay 3 the bring a new one.
