We are a group of professionals who rent in Vista Cay due to an annual tradeshow in the Orange County Convention center. This building is conveniently located behind the Publix shopping Center but you would need to drive over to the clubhouse and pool. Very clean to the point of austere. One of everything seems a bit stripped down as we have rented in other buildings in the past and they gave you more than one garbage bag, dishwasher tablet etc, especially with a week long stay. It was nice having so many bedrooms but a bit awkward to have to walk thru 2 of them to get from one unit to the other. They should show a picture of that showing how the units are connected. Would work ok for little kids or family members but a bit uncomfortable for adults. Unfortunately one of the units had a strong moldy/smoky smell which was noticable when we walked down the hall from one unit into the other. The unit was extremely humid and we could not set the humidity lower than what was on the thermostat which was 70%. Internet/wifi was bad. We could not use our laptops due to the lack of internet and messages on our phones were delayed. Only other issue is we did not receive our check in codes until well after 4pm check in. The email sent said we need to click on a check in link but no link was in the email. I emailed them and they said I had to wait for the code but it was already 5:30 pm Florida time which I pointed out which in turn prompted them to finally give me the check in codes.

Great location. Very close to the parks, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Only suggestion would be flexibility with thermostat control as property was quite warm throughout the night. Otherwise, great stay and great time had by all.

Well organized and easily accessed. A good amount of space for the group. Ty only watch out is that the adjoining portion connects two bedrooms so it's not really convenient to use them as one big unit.

Nice having 2 condos connected to each other and convenient to Publix, restaurants and the conventions center.

This property worked really well for us - 3 families traveling together for National Volleyball tournament at Orange County Convention Center. It is very close - 5 minute drive. It is awesome that there is a Publix grocery right next door, so we could cook in the room and grab snacks, etc. There are two pools in the complex which were fun for hanging out. Plenty of parking and entrance/checking in was very easy. Just a few minor inconveniences: the kitchens are not very stocked. Very limited glasses, coffee cups, no baking sheets, etc. When we arrived there were old coffee grounds in the coffee maker and towels in the dryer, so just some odds and ends that were forgotten when cleaning - the rest of the unit seemed very clean. The hallways, however, are very smelly, probably because that is where garbage is left and taken out each day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. The complex itself is nice - palm trees and flowering bushes everywhere, and the walking path is nice. I'd stay here again.

We had a fantastic time here! The property was exactly as nice and clean as the pictures. When we weren't enjoying the theme parks, the pool was nice, relaxing time. Communication was always fast through WhatsApp; the hosts were responsive within minutes, no matter the time. There was some confusion about check-in codes that they quickly resolved via WhatsApp. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spring break for my big family. Property manager replies really quickly regarding and questions of concerns. Great location.

A handful of coworkers were in town for a conference and found the property to be exactly what we needed for a short trip.

Perfect location and property for 8 guys looking to have an Orlando Golf weekend. Units are clean, comfortable and can easily accommodate 8 people providing 2 room shares. Centrally located near plenty of courses withing a 1/2 hour of the unit and Shingle Creek right across the street. Really great for any group looking to spend time in the Orlando area.

Everything was easy from booking to check in. Angel communicated from start to finish with check in and check out procedures. The property was clean and well maintained. It is close to a grocery store and all the other things you need.

Nice to have 2 connected condos for our work trip. Very close to the Orange County Convention Center and walking distance to Publix.

The property was spacious and was exceptionally clean. We had what we needed. The cell phone service was minimal, and it would have been ideal to have a private internet connection in the condo. Also, it wasn't clear how far away the fitness center was from the property. Thank you for being so responsive!

These two condos were new and well appointed for our 3 families. It was great to have the fitness center and two pools. Note that these condos are across the road from the main resort pool, fitness center etc. Just meant a walk or short drive to use the Main facilities. But the pool in our section was nice as well. Walking trial around small lake was great. Saw an alligator but he wasn’t interested in us. Doors between the two condos were heavy so we were careful with the younger kids. Resort is also conveniently next to a Publix and a couple Food options (burgers and pizza). All in all a pleasant stay and good communication from the hosts too before our trip.

Beautiful condo allowed fir a relaxing retreat from the crowds at Universal, we booked this condo to accompany a business trip and spent the 4 day weekend taking the family to the parks. Very clean, comfortable and spacious! Walking distance to breakfast and dinner spots, as well as a Publix. Pool was great and quiet. Will book again. Thank you Angel!

Overall nice place to stay very close to lots of fun things!
