Great walkable location, nice bay views, easy Uber rides to Old San Juan.

We loved our stay here the location was perfect we walked and rode scooters into San Juan. Nadia was very responsive we highly recommend!

Excellent, clean and great customer experience

It was a pleasant stay for our two families. Location was convenient and rooms are clean. The only I would point out is that the kitchen is in the king bed room. The description did say studio in the title, but it wasn’t something easily noticed, at least for me. So when we travel as two families, it does create a little inconvenience as the family in the king bed room has less privacy and freedom as they have to accommodate the other family (waking up early/going to bed late so the other family can eat/drink as needed). Other than this small issue, we are happy with our stay.

Great location, a little tricky to find but once there we were very happy! Lots of places to walk to for dinner, and even watched the manatees in the bay from the balcony! Host was very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Thank you for the great stay!

The condo was perfect for us. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the view of the water from the balcony was very relaxing not to mention the super comfy beds. We will definitely try and stay here again.

From the time of the booking until our departure, the communication, resort, and trip were everything we could have asked for. A spacious clean room with ample bathroom space and balcony overlooking the Candado Lagoon was gorgeous. We spent hours overlooking the water watching sea turtles, manatees, and wildlife right outside our room. The security staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our host answered all our questions and provided detailed information to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!!

We flew into San Juan for a long weekend of concerts & site seeing. We needed somewhere central for easy commuting and safe for our nights after a long day of adventures. Nadia was super helpful with both recommendations and ensuring we had a safe and comfortable stay. The property is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and has an amazing view of the skyline along the bay. Definitely rebooking for our next adventure in San Juan!

We booked this for a girls trip with 5 friends and it was the PERFECT place! Nadia’s property is so clean, has a gorgeous ocean view, spacious, with all the amenities you could ever need. The location is IDEAL if you’re looking to be close to nightlife and all the best locations in San Juan, without actually having the noise of the nightlife interrupt your sleep. Literally could not ask for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you Nadia!

My family enjoyed staying in this unit - the building had everything we needed, laundry facilities and a pool. The location is great; walkable to coffee, ice cream, and Escambron beach. Nadia was very responsive - staying here made our trip enjoyable!

Our family of five stayed here for 10 days, and it was amazing! Nadia was the BEST host. I asked her so many questions, and she always responded quickly and kindly. There were a few items I couldn’t find in the apartment, and she responded quickly and made sure we had them. She even dropped off brand new washcloths for us because we needed a few more. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to do more than just sit on a beach. We did rent a car, which helped immensely. We were close to several local beaches, two we could walk to easily. We could also walk to Old San Juan, but we opted for an Uber, and there’s a pick-up spot right next to the apartment. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We even saw a manitee the first morning! The apartments were clean and spacious. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast every morning. Nadia even supplied a few snacks and drinks for our family, which was such a nice and welcoming surprise! There are two apartments connected with a door that we always left opened. My three teens slept on one side and had their own bathroom, and my husband and I slept on the other side. It was a perfect set-up for our family bc we could get up early and make coffee and breakfast without waking up the kids. The pool area was also nice, and the walk down to the pool was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this apartment and highly recommend Nadia!

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. The location offered many things to do with the beach, restaurants and night life all within walking distance. The 2 room set up was perfect for 2 couples and there was never a concern about safety and security. Being so close to Old San Juan was ideal and El Yunque National Forest and other activities were all less than an hour drive away. We would definitely stay here again when visiting beautiful Puerto Rico.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 boys. Everything was as advertised. The view of the lagoon was amazing. We were watching manatees from our balcony. The kitchen was so helpful when we needed a quick meal. For supplies, we took a 10 minute walk to a supermarket. We even could use leftovers from all the great restaurants we visited. The best part was the communication with the owner. Every question we had was answered quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I decided to take our daughters on a trip due to one of them turning 13. Nadia was our host and she was amazing! We arrived supper early from Florida so being there with nowhere to go seemed as if it would be a challenge however, we reached out to Nadia and she allowed us early access to the unit!! When we entered, the place smelled amazing, the view was incredible, there were items provided that we weren’t aware of like mosquito spay, sunscreen, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a few other items. This was incredible! We had a hiccup but it was resolved literally in minutes. The only bad thing is parking and the water pressure! Literally one of the best stays ever!! Thank you so much Nadia!

Perfect location. Three different choices to park. Security at front desk was very professional. Rooms were 5 star! Whenever I ever come to Puerto Rico this is where I’ll stay.

All was great. Close to everything…airport, old San Juan and local parks and beaches. We had a group staying at the Hilton Caribe and our condo was steps away!

Great location and place. Great views of the water and close to many beaches that are just a short walk. Kitchen is great to cook if you want to save a little. Would def stay there again.

Very comfortable rooms with views of the Condado lagoon. Great location. Also walking distance to the Starbucks in the Caribe Hilton for our morning coffee fix

I plan to return again and again. Location is very close to the beach, restaurants and more. The rental had all the things you need. The patio overlooks the bay, the sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We wanted to stay another day, the owner was extremely accommodating. I’m a seasoned traveler and I give this property 5 stars.
