Nice suite configurations, allowing everyone to have some privacy, when not together in the shared space.

Swimming pools are smaller in comparison to the size of the property- other than that excellent service and ver good people. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night for LV tour. The hotel location was perfect!!! Close to the other main hotels for the shows and activities!! Clean and nice staff!!!

I would not stay at this hotel again due to a few issues with my stay: When I checked in my room smelled really bad. Maybe like a restaurant kitchen where a lot of meat had been cooked? Called about it, maintenance man sprayed. Was better for 5 minutes. Next day they put an ionizer in which helped. But for the first day and a half it was really gross being in the living area. There was what looked like dried blood on one of the pillows. The day they were servicing my room I told the front desk i set it out and please have housekeeping take it. Housekeeping put it back on the bed with the other pillows. Yuck. I realized it’s not a hotel that has housekeeping everyday, but when i checked in they said it would be done on the third day of the stay. This was not done and i had to request it. The room is decent sized, though somewhat dated. The pools are easy enough to get chairs at but are pretty small and the pool itself gets very crowded. Close to Cosmo which is nice. Was going to Sphere and this is a convenient part of the strip (or just off strip) for that and is walkable or easy rideshare.

Great for families you don't walk out of your room into a casino that smells like cigarettes. But when the kids go to sleep and you do want to gamble casino is only a block away.

This hotel is very nice and clean.

Everyone liked the location at the strip and the fact that it’s kids friendly. Everyone was warm and attentive and the rooms have everything we need. This is going to be our go to the next time we come back.

Great Stay for a family of Six our suite had two pull outs with memory foam mattresses we were all comfortable for our week long adventure! Pool area was great with large tv screen to watch sports! We were there over the 4th of July holiday and the resort had great holiday events and specials for the whole family. Valet was free, and there was a cafe with Starbucks products and limited menu in the lobby! Hotel is located right off the strip next to Planet Hollywood, walking distance to all strip attractions! Overall fantastic experience!

The concept of this hotel is misunderstood, because the rate is expensive, they don't clean your room, they don't give you bottled water, they don't give you toilet paper or extra hand soap, they don't even refill your body cream. the service is simply bad

Great customer service. Accommodating. I had to bring my service dog with me and the hotel was very accommodating to my needs. I loved the security on the hotel. Always checking hotel keys for people to go to the rooms. I love that. Felt very safe. Traveling with my kids. Loved valley and taxi guys. Fast and offering cold water. Overall enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you

Check in process was easy. Staff was very clear on expectations and policies. Room was clean, however had an issue with the linens for the pull out sofa bed that had stained blankets. It seemed as if the sheets/blankets were just folded and put back in the bag. The required but free valet is a different experience because if something was left or forgotten then the valet has to get the car. Overall, would return back here or would not have a problem if this was the chosen hotel for a stay.
