The hotel and customer service for the entire duration of our stay was phenomenal. The hotel (including the lobby, fitness center, and room etc) were all immaculate with great amenities. The staff all provided exceptional customer service. The bed and pillows felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely stay here for all of our future Vegas trips!

Very clean and classy hotel. Rooms are fresh and clean. The gym was outfitted great and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We love staying at the Trump International Hotel because we don’t have to deal with all the noise and cigarette smoke of some of the other large hotel casinos on the strip. We’re already looking forward to next time!

This hotel is an A+ class act. From the hospitality at the front desk, room service and the superb cleanliness. My wife and I were very comfortable and would recommend Trump hotel to anyone.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was amazing. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Worth the money and stay. Great location too.

Both days if our stay there was no hot warer. Other guests had same problem. Cold showers ruined stay. Tried multiple times to call front desk but no one answers. Bad news.....

I enjoyed it the minute I walked through the door. Clean and shiny, excellent friendly service, no casinos and slots and garbage like that and people smoking and making it stinky. Such was my experience down the street and I was less than impressed, but the Trump hotel gave me a totally different point of view!!

The room was big and bathroom large and well designed and decorated. Quiet and luxurious. Beautiful hotel and food at the restaurant was high quality with good service.

The only thing we were missing was USB/USBC plugs.

It was an average stay, and I wish it was as wonderful as last year. I booked in advance for a conference, having had a wonderful stay the year prior. This year, however, it was a full hotel due to election year, and VP Vance and President Trump were due the same week. At first look, I thought my hotel room would be great. Since I had a several nights’ stay, I completely unpacked and put things away, went out to dinner, and came back late. When I went in to shower, I realized at that point that I was given a room that was an ADA/accessible bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower head would only turn straight toward the side wall, wouldn’t budge otherwise, so I had no choice but to use it as a handheld. In addition, the closet cabinet light stayed on the whole night because the door wouldn’t close properly. I had really been looking forward to the peaceful ambience the Trump Tower usually provides, but it just wasn’t the experience I received this year. The saving grace for me was the cleaning crew really is the greatest. They clean well, and always left me plenty coffee and bottled water. I also should give credit to the security team. I felt safe with the tight security at elevators and check-in (management thoroughly checked my ID and reservation). I also saw a lot of additional staff and alert suits who I assume were extra security. I saw a lot of tourists entering to see the shop and take lobby selfies, so I appreciated the extra safety measures.

Had a wonderful time at the Trump hotel. Staff is prompt and friendly. Excellent services. Restaurant is very good. Free valet parking. Strip is walking distance. Amenities are great. Great location. Overall always a great experience.

Everyone was wonderful! Very professional. We had an unexpected situation come up and had to bring our chihuahua. They treated her to goodies, and were so nice to her.

Stay was nice and hotel was super clean. My major complaint would be the pillows were horrible. I was with 3 other couples in the hotel and they all said the same thing.

We have stayed at other Trump Hotels this was a bit older and not as updated, rooms did not have usb outlet for charging. Service was a little slow in the restaurant 1 of the bar tenders was not very polite. drinks were good. overall good, the store had little stock disappointing we needed gifts for family.

Very nice hotel. Extremely well kept rooms. I like the rooms in this hotel because they have a very small kitchenette and a large bathroom. I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and had a good experience and I would say it’s improved since then. I will definitely stay at this property again especially since it’s priced very competitively And really well .
