Tv didn’t work and no one to get it going, no shower gel or shampoo, stuff then dumped it at our front door 40 min later. Just poor

Nice place, very clean, good atmosphere and great location.

It was comfortable and clean. But it was lacking. No fan or AC in the room and there was no soap to bathe. The check in process was fine, but really no soap was surprising. Also the staff could be friendlier.

The room and facilities had everything for our 3-day stay. conveniently located in the city, with good street parking and a quiet street. Late check-in was easy with the lockbox. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were firm and comfortable. The little fridge, electric jug and crockery were appreciated. A few little issues. The room was very tight and small, with no room for luggage, the large unit with the hangers needed to be shelves for storage. Was weird with the single beds together, instead of a queen bed. Stayed for 3 nights with no change of towel service. The access security metal gate is heavy to open carrying gear, noisy opening and closing with people coming and going in the night when you are trying to sleep with the window open to cool a very hot room.

They advertised AC but they didn’t have any and it was blazing hot, we had our windows open but we were right next to the kitchen and they had the lights on late and people were talking. We didn’t get any sleep and checked out at 6:30am.

Good value for money, bunk beds made private since they have thick curtains. Place was being remodeled so common areas were usable but smelled of paint fumes. Front staff / customer service was quite disappointing - for a hostel, they werent friendly or approachable at all.

Simple, clean. There is not much fridge space but that's the most negative aspect I can see.

The positives were that the room was comfortable with good windows and lighting, and the shared kitchen was very large and clean. The negatives were that my linens were stained (staff did change them after I left a review of my check-in process which mentioned that) and there was a constant dripping sound in the bathroom that I couldn't find the source of. The shared lounge wasn't particularly inviting to hang out in. But the largest issue was the extensive remodeling construction throughout all buildings. I was only notified of this 7 days in advance of my stay, and I would have booked with another hostel had I known earlier or known the extent of the construction. Luckily I was there over a weekend so the noise of the actual work wasn't an issue, but the hallway that my room was on was pitch black, and the general mess in the building and throughout the property just made for a weird atmosphere. I understand that in future this will make for an improved place to stay, but it was not ideal by any means for my stay.

Good to sleep but having no toilet inside the room is inconvenient for me. Requesting online for upgrade upon seeing the room but no response.

Good clear after hours instructions via email. Clean tidy room Site in the midst of renovation looks a bit disheveled.

Property is getting a make over before summer, so slightly messy. A good hostel in a great location. Off street parking is great

The staff were really friendly and approachable. Everything was laid out very nicely as well.

This was a well set out property, convenient to the city with ample parking. Unfortunately I had booked rooms only with shared facilities instead of en suite facilities. We did not use the communal kitchen but everything else was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful

The front desk staff made the start even better. She helped us several times. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean kitchen & easy to use

Excellent amenities.. just one thing. Would be nice to have a chair in the double room. They're big enough....just disappointed that guests don't respect the place and do their dishes or clean up properly after themselves etc..we will be back though for sure.

Great for people without children. We booked via Expedia however we were booked into a room that was not safe for our baby the staff at the accommodation were amazing and sorted much faster then the 5 hour wait on the phone for Expedia.

Property was very clean and well located, our expectations were exceeded. We will use this hostel in the future.

Great location. Just spoil by noisey people next door much later than 10pm

The location is very good very near every tourist spot around the city center. The room is ok enough for a short stay for 2 people but the shower head is old and needs a new one so showering is much better (its holes are so small) aside from that everything is ok and we enjoyed our stay as it's not crowded and no neighbors pretty much us for the whole area of family units with ensuite.The staffs are helpful.

Room could do with something to raise baggage from floor for hygiene reasons. Kitchen and communal area kept below healthy indoor temperature, but elsewhere healhely heated.
