I I’m a handicap person in a wheelchair and got very bad service.I have a refund due to my card which is not returned and looks like as if they don’t plan to pay me please return my money

I did my check in online and paid for it in advance and once there the front desk person asked for ID then asked how I was going to pay a $100 deposit. I said, I already checked in and paid and he went on to say I didn’t pay for deposit, now will you be paying with cash or card. Very rude and did not give any other fees back. Got to room and it did not look like the pictures. Carpet products baby there since it opened, back in the 40s and smelled bad, the toilet kept going off on its own. The walls were so thin I heard all my neighbors and they weren’t trying to be very quiet! I was awaken at 2:30 am with a loud boing and fireworks. Overall, I was disgusted and disappointed. I must say, false advertisement by Hotels.com or Howard Johnson. Please change your pictures!

Needed something walking distance to the venue I was seeing a concert at. This worked just fine. Wasn’t the greatest but it definitely wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in.

The room is so dirty and nasty smell

Dirty rooms, no towels, run down. Poor location

I did not get to check in. I needed a room right away and used the app to reserve. I got there and was told i couldnt check in cuz their water was off. I needed a room so went to another room. I would really like a refund, or at least credit

ROOM smelled very bad. sheets were dirty. we got a room at another hotel.

Room was not thoroughly clean. Internet not working. No luggage storage. Structure may not be safe as the hallway flooring was not level. There might be something wrong with the sewage system as the toilet is emitting foul odor.

The place was dirty, the floors were filthy we had to go to the office to ask for a bath towel because they only gave us one and we were a couple also when I asked for the towel I said we don’t share our towels and they made a joke about it and said that they do,

The staff is horrible and the rooms are disgusting. Don’t waste your money here!!

Good felt like home.

Other than its proximity to the strip, there is very little to be said for this hotel. The bathroom is very small and OLD! The beds were ok, but the furniture was old and tired. I would not stay here again.

Please do not stay at this place. I should have known from the smell in the lobby that this is not a good place to stay. Good location but that’s it. Door lock was broken. Broken toilet. Shower tub has massive wear and tear. Sink emits sewage smell. Found a big eye lash on the dirty wall behind bathroom door that must have bad water damage from the looks of it. On the other side of that wall there is a strong oder that I believe is water damage coming from tub. We woke up with sore throats from the smell being so strong. All our clothes had the stench impregnated from whatever was rotting in that room. Glad we brought sheets from home to use, and ended up throwing away after that experience. Pay extra and stay somewhere else. Never again. so bad I can still smell the stench a day after in my nose. Left and stayed on the strip at MGM across street. I don’t think they clean these rooms just change nasty sheets. Don’t look at the other side of the pillow.

You get what you pay for. It was inexpensive and close to the concert venue at MGM. Staff was very friendly and also helpful with questions.

The room was dirty and had soap scum around the tub. It also had cotton swabs and other trash left in the corners of the room. Looked like it had no been vacuumed in some time. If I was not in a situation with car trouble I would have left immediately. Went out to look for a vending machine and was approached by transient people walking through the establishments grounds. Scary to say the least. I would add photos but for some reason the link is disabled?

The room was clean and served my needs. However, the pool was closed for repairs. Then then water was off for a day. Overall, could have been better.

There was trash left in our bathroom. There was hairs on the bed. Everything felt dirty.

The breakfast is a total lie, but the staff was as frustrated as I was about it. Very sympathetic. The hotel is very budget. They are so close to the strip, they could sell the land for a jillion dollars im sure, but there it is, being a cheap hotel. Mad respect.

I stayed for a week and the housekeepers never changed my towels and do the beds. Its just unacceptable

Although the staff was very nice, and allowed me to check in a little early.the property was very dated. and needed a total upgrade.there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room to warm food up, but my stay was not a horrible stay..It was very convenient.because it was close to the strip and the airport.

I didn’t even complete a full 20 minutes in my room before i went back to the service desk to ask for a refund. I booked a non-smoking room and it had a terrible cigarette smell. I removed the bed cover to look at the sheets and there were dirt marks on it. And a red smear on the door!!

Never again Howard Johnson near the Las Vegas Strip!! The host saw that it was night time, i wasn't driving and i was toting my luggage, yet he gave me a filthy room #1274, that was at least 2 city blocks away from the office, at the furthest end of the Howard Johnson Hotel.So I didn't complain even after i went in the ghetto room that basically everything was broken or unclean. The front curtain-broken, the bed- uncomfortable and i could feel the springs in the ditch of a mattress, carpet-filthy with spots. The shower-broken and spitting water, even after adjusting the shower head it didn't get any better, The toilet-Load and disturbing, the toilet water wouldn't stop running even after wiggling the handle. TV- Was scrambling and no working channels except for the 2 channels that had no volume was nice and clean. I didn't bother complaining bcus sometimes complaining can lead to worse service, arguments, police or even being kicked out the hotel. And I wasn't there for none of the above.

The water in the shower randomly stopped working mid-shower. The carpet on the floor was sticky with stains everywhere.

Could be a bit more clean. Did find some dead bugs in the lights inside the shower. Has issue with the key cards not working.

At no time during our multiple days & nights stay did housekeeping attend to our room. No cleaning. No changing of sheets or towels. Also, the tv didn’t work most of the time, eventually having to change out the smart tv for a non-smart tv, which then didn’t allow us to stream any tv or movies.
