We booked a swim up room as it was advertised adults only in the middle of our stay to our inconvenience discovered the rooms next door were given to very noisy families with crying kids who would do all sort in the pool & we were told websites yet to be updated The main restaurant very noisy & long queue as families would take a lot of food

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed the resort. We will definitely recommend it and be back :)

It was absolutely amazing from my first moment there until I sadly had to leave. The staff was so attentive and kind. Truly a magical experience.

The resort is beautiful, the sea is amazing and the entire staff were honestly extraordinary...service with a smile and a genuine handshake! Yasser, Hassan, Osama, Saide could become our friends for life!! We will miss them and all of the Sunrise crew. One of the finest resorts we've ever enjoyed!!!

The hotel in general is more than wonderful, the room service is excellent, the food is delicious and very varied, the Wi-Fi and the Internet are available and good throughout the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly and they deserve thanks and appreciation

We stayed 5 days in September 2022.I will start with the most important and the reason of our trip to Sharm el Sheik that is its amazing undersea life,it is simply a wonder in this planet,the hotel's house reef is not big but beautiful and healthy,my only complaint about it was the always crowded jetty stair with people only taking social media pictures.The hotel's architecture and grounds are very nice,the lobby is lovely with a nice lemongrass scent,the room was comfortable with good aircon but furniture is showing its age ,also many loose floor tiles either at access alleys.The hotel which is rated five stars is far from it,lacks of details,food is ok but not elegant,paper napkins at every meal,cheap glassware and silverware,plastic coffee spoons,dirty and sticky tables,etc.I believe that this is a massive operation rather than exclusive.Finally,the use of paper and plastic is outrageous,thousands and thousands of plastic bottles consumed per day.

Great place to stay and great staff. For an all inclusive - drinks are hard to come by and there is a lack of ice.

*Easy check-in, we arrived 13:00 yet we did not wait until check-in time. *We got a room upgrade twice! without paying any extra money ! *The food variety and quality is excellent, for dinner you get to choose from eight different restaurants and you can plan a special event dinners for free *The staff were very polite and professional. *The resort is super clean on all scales.

We got a complimentary upgrade and it was a fantastic stay! The service was great and we enjoyed our time. We didn’t spend a ton of time there as we had planned putting most day but still enjoyed the time we had. The spa is amazing and if you do something, DO IT!

It’s a beautiful property. Standard room. Food was below average. The beach is rocky and slippery.

We arrived at the hotel and did not have our rooms, after wasting 3 hours of time they transferred us to another hotel, and after a night we were returned to the hotel. We wasted precious time between all the transfers and waiting

Not Bad, however a lot of better option for same price, the rooms are not well kept, the food is mediocre, pool and beach area are ok. In brief its nothing special. More a 4 star than a 5 star hotel

When I first checked in they gave a vey bad room not the same as I checked on booking they said all the other ones on beach front are all reserved so they switched my room to a jacuzzi room which was supposed to an upgrade but not really the jacuzzi was not working which I was very mad about and I had no option but to stay in the room and they promised me they will switch to my actual reservation in two days so they did, then we had incident at the resort my cousin that was staying with us at the same resort felt and start bleeding thanks to the doctor he wrapped him the next day my cousin checked out and he paid for sheets they charged him for plus the doctor, then when I checked out they charged me for the doctor fees again along with room service charges even though it was free. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained but lot of stairs. Service is very good, they care about you and solve your problems immediately.Old and small rooms but not bad food is good.

I would like to give special credits for such amazing welcoming.Ashraf from the reception did his very best to make sure we get everything we needed on time (pcr test for example)Ahmed from the upper bar was such nice and kind each time we came. Even when it was super hot..Saead from the lower bar was also one to remember when we Judy arrived at your beautiful place.Hany from the reception came and helped us each time with big smile..You guys at Sunrise Montemare doing a good job and these guys deserve big credit as well.Shukran,Thank you!We will Def come back!Or & Eitan

The rooms are a bit tired, but the service levels and having a nice room with a view and a good buffet breakfast made up for that. Overall it was a nice stay and the premises were clean and tidy.

Amazing trip. Staff, facilities, locations was perfect.

The food is low quality. Staff not friendly and when you are a women, very uncomfortable! Stay at another hotel to have a better vacation!

A very mixed bag. Property is nice, rooms are not amazing, but ok, the food was average at best. The biggest problem was the staff. Half were very friendly and customer focused. The other half were plain rude and discourteous. Just nine example. The bar tender in the lobby bar was obviously extremely sick, but was working anyways. He was rude, slamming doors and dishes and just an all around a-hole. The place is also only at 1/4 capacity, but they cat like it’s a fully booked exclusive resort. I’ll pass next time.

If you are still going to try this hotel, note that it is more suited as a couple's hotel. Final thing, a big shout out to the whole animation team, who were more than awesome in making our trip fun!
