It was very clean and super convenient to walk to the MGM grand and the monorail station. It was perfect for a quick girl’s trip.

Nice hotel in Vegas. Off the strip so away from the noise and crowds. Hotel was clean. Room was decent size and clean. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast but it was good.

I loved this hotel the check in and check out was very efficient and fast, the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and so are the surroundings.

When we enter this property with in 2 min restroom was overflowing. When I complained about it they are not willing to change my room or refund my money. The front desk Manager gave me my plunger in case the restroom got packed or overflowed. When we entered there was no towel at all. We can’t dry the dirty water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a very large pool with a waterfall which my kids enjoyed.

The hotel room was clean as well as the bathroom. The property is well kept.
We made a special request at the time of booking and it was satisfied, which was much appreciated.
Front desk staff was helpful and prompt to help.
The room has a main switch to turn off all plugs and AC when the room is not occupied, which is a good idea. The bathroom fan runs constantly at a low rate until a sensor detects somebody is in the bathroom and speeds it up.
Soaps are all in refilling bottles, much appreciated.
The only thing that I didn’t like, was the breakfast area one has to walk through to leave the hotel, which was not cleaned up almost 2 hrs after the closing of the breakfast buffet at 9:30. It made the place look trashy, when it isn’t.

I am very impressed by this hotel. The hotel is next to the MGM and close to the strip. It is very clean and they have coffee and ice all day for the customers. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The only down fall but for us was not a big deal is that it is next to motel 6 and we were told that crazy people are there but what can you expect from Vegas, even at the resorts it’s the same deal. Great place to stay

We stayed one night while passing through. We felt the Holiday Inn room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff got the job done pleasantly and without hassle. The location was just off the Vegas Strip. I wouldn’t say it was the nicest area, but it was super close to the airport and very quiet. It served our needs very well since we just needed a place to sleep for the night and were going to drop off a family member for a red eye flight that evening. The breakfast was well presented and a staff member kept the buffet plates stocked. The food options were basic, but nicely presented. I would come back if I wanted a quiet off-strip hotel room in Las Vegas.

It was close to the strip. Thw pool area was nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. It is really close to the airport but we dis not notice any noise from planes. Easily stayable without a car. We used uber or walked to get around.
