The furniture in the room old and Bed have come loose And sounds when Used. It is recommended to put a carpet on the floor of the room And change the new bed

Room is old and not cleaned(toilet stain and oh no is very disgusting.sink blocked).pool is nice but no body wash or clean the pool everyday.asking for extra towel but have to pay……why…….
Why u paid nice hotel like penang grand sand or Hardrock if u ask for extra thing they never ask for money.

The room was nice. I took sea view and yes we can see the view although my room not at the center but it was nice to see and we can see the pool as well from above. Breakfast was so-so. Pool was nice and clean. Didn't get the chance to swim into it but my niece did and she had so much fun.

good location. almost all within walking distance
i booked the room for 3 poeple: me, my husband and my 6 year old son (breakfast included). however, we were given only 2 breakfast coupon (only for 2 adult). for children, free for 5 year old and below, the rest need to pay extra rm16. feel a bit cheated here.
