the bed was like sleeping on concrete, the pillows were also horrible, the shower had no bathmat in the shower, so it was extremely slippery, in fact I slipped while showering and found myself laying on my back! not good. the coffee pot did not work, so the maintenance guy brought me another one and tried to tell me how to work it! really! there is one button. just was a bad experience, it Happens! I get it!

Great all in one hotel, casino snd restaurants. The Front Yard restaurant was a great restaurant/ sports bsr vibe with a huge TV snd smaller ones on sides. GREAT food!! Hotel was great. Inly problem was the individusl ac/heatt unit that was a bit noisy.

We were there for the Eagles at the sphere.tgis hotel was walking distance to the where.Thwre was a city bus you could take for 2 bucks.room was clean and staff friendly.Had pizza from the pizza place in the casino and it was good. Parking lot was roomy and included.pool and whirlpool were slightly dirty but not bad.

Parking fee of $23 on top of resort fees of $74 are ripped off, wouldn’t stay here again, difficult to get into parking lots after dark, ended up hitting someone on motorcycle in dark clothes

We had an amazing stay at Ellis. From the outside to inside the lobby the establishment was very welcoming and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the pool area as well. The casino is located across the parking a lot so it was not noisy in the hotel. We will definitely be back to this hotel. We were a block away from the Las Vegas strip. If you’re looking for some where to stay not too far from the strip and quiet this would be the place to stay.

The staff was all very friendly, our room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

While the first room we were given had fresh wet paint and they immediately moved us to another room which was fine. The bright star of Ellis Island is the staff!! From security to restaurant service and front desk helpfulness was first class!!

Never even got to stay since they wouldn’t let us check in and didn’t have apple pay

The first impression of Hotel when we walked in was pretty shocking .. Honestly, we was ready to leave that place.. The lobby doesn’t look welcoming at all! It looks like DMV. It doesn’t look good. It doesn’t smell good.. But Room ,Surprisingly was fine and clean. Matress was okay, but pillows— Oh boy, where did you find those pillows?? It feels like a Dozen of balls inside of it .. Sorry.

They talk to you very rude and charged me $112 extra they said it’s a resort fee… not showing when book… $37 per night, not cool at all

My husband and I frequently stay at the Ellis Island Hotel for staycations and when my job hosts holiday parties. Each time, we're met with friendly and helpful staff who make us feel welcome. The Village Pub offers great food, with the BBQ being particularly on point, and the lively karaoke bar adds a fun vibe to our evenings. We also enjoy the beer garden and brewery, where they offer a fantastic selection of handcrafted beers. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are comfy, making for a relaxing stay. This has become our go-to choice for staycations, and we always leave looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel kitchen and casino is great. Loved the brewery and the reasonable prices considering Las Vegas. Construction on property right now. Definitely will stay there again. Very friendly staff

Well check in was a little difficult being that I'm handicap and I can barely stand up for long it took a lot to get any help and when greeted at the front desk the staff just the smile they don't look very happy.

Diamond in the rough… and their food options downstairs are noice! Also, access to I-15 is easy money, via Flamingo or Harmon.

The hotel is decent, reasonable, and close to the strip. However, you cannot check-in early, or they charge you $40. This is a great one night hotel.

Excellent size room with all accessories in good condition, quiet even with works in the surrounding area and in the property, air conditioning working perfectly and with low noise, bathroom with accessories working perfectly. The room had a working safe, which is appropriate; great size TV with a good number of channels; Perfect refrigerator and micro. The excellent location stands out, within walking distance of the main nightlife attractions and easy access to the free monorail.

Ellis Island Hotel is an affordable alternative to the big resort-casinos when visiting the LV Strip. You won't get the comforts and attractions of those resort-casinos, but you won't get the price either. And you won't be uncomfortable either. The hotel is clean and decently modern. I didn't have any problems with water temperature in my room, bugs, or noise. My two complaints about the hotel are the pool size and bedding. The pool is extremely small. And it was closed at like 6:00p when I went one evening. The hot tub was also not even remotely hot, but that may be due to the summer month (if they shut the heater off). On the bedding: the pillows are irregular for a bed. I was only given four square pillows, vs body-sized pillows. And the pillows were all firm, instead of including some soft ones so that customers can pick what they prefer to sleep with. I was also not given a comforter. Instead, it was just a thin wool blanket with a sheet underneath and a sheet on top. Weird and not very comfortable. All in all, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking to save some money at the expense of hotel experience. It is extremely close to the strip and monorail, and there is a 7-11 next door for water, beer, etc. Super convenient. Just tamper your expectations of Las Vegas resort luxury if you pick Ellis Island.

Loud antique air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. The price was outrageous for a dump like that

The double suite was like a small apt, had an initial free stocked fridge, two bathrooms, two tvs, sleeps 4-6, great, fun casino with nice eat in or take out restaurants and a porch. The hotel has no fitness, but a nice, clean pool and spa. I would want to go back to Ellis Island in a double suite again.
