They texted everyday to confirm when your room would be cleaned. I also texted them for multiple other questions and received quick and accurate responses. A bulb went out in one of the lamps and I texted them. within 10 minutes there was someone at my door to replace the bulb. A great view of the sphere was an awsome perc.

I thought this was a great choice if you were not looking to be in the middle of the hub but all the time. The room was huge with full kitchen and living room. We like that when we travel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the housekeeping was done in a timely and thorough manner. It is not glamorous Vegas but it was free of smoke and the parking was super convenient.

The room was great, had a 2 bedroom suite. Very clean and comfortable, no complaints about that. Spacious, kitchen great, living room comfortable, bedrooms wonderful. It was great for my whole family. The lacking amenity was the lack of a real restaurant. There is "the deli" which has a very limited and not very good menu of pizza, wings, salad, few others. Frankly, pretty poor tasting (and not cheap). To boot, at peak times, they typically had one person taking orders and a very long line. The the value for the room was good. However, I will not stay there again because a good-food, good-service restaurant is especially important when you have kids (and adults too). Having said that, a limited-menu cafe would have worked if the food and service was good, which is not hard to pull off.

Food choices were minimal. No restaurant on site and wouldn’t let us in the gym because of painting. We were unaware of this when booking. Bathrooms are dated.

Everything was great with the exception of not cleaning the room when we were scheduled. They made it up by giving us what we needed.

I was quickly greeted by a girl that was very friendly and directed me to the counter to check in. I got my keys and went to the gift center. My room was huge and very clean and comfortable. I went to a concert across the street and it was super convenient to walk.

I was very upset a worker took something out my room and they couldn’t return it. And they would not pay me for it when I filed a claim. I will not stay here again

Beautiful property. Excellent service. Check in went very smoothly. I wish the poolside cafe/bar had been open areound 4:30-5:00. We would have enjoyed sitting by the pool having a drink and appetizers.

Hotel, outdoor area and room were clean and neat. Hotel was quiet for the most part. Only rarely did we hear someone in the hall or a room around us. What we did NOT like was the water from the tap - horrible, absolutely horrible. Not the Hilton's fault, I hope - however we had to purchase water (an additional expense to our stay) to drink, make coffee, oatmeal, tea and the like in our kitchenette suite. We did have a day where we requested our room to be freshened up and that was overlooked, which was kind of shocking as they are in constant contact with you via text (if you permit). The item of main concern was the lack of any type of hand hold (grab bar) for entering or exiting the tub/shower or while showering. I would think some government agency would be all over this, should someone slip and fall. We were surprised there were none in our bathroom. That all said, our stay was really nice. We felt very safe, we loved the onsite self-parking area, the convenience of having an onsite store (even if a bit pricey), the general atmosphere of the staff being kind and helpful and the location away from the downtown hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, it was very chilly and windy during our stay, so we didn't get to use the outdoor pool area, which appeared lovely. We spent five days here on a last minute get away and would definitely return in the future to this same hotel. Upgrades to water quality and addition of grab bars, would be greatly appreciated!.

The price was great. They have a short pitch for the timeshare but didn’t push it which was nice. The rooms were clean and I requested a floor fan which they brought up immediately. Very nice property at the end of the strip.

I was in LV on business and it was great to have a place to stay that did not have a casino and did not smell like smoke. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was great, staff was great. Highly recommend if you are staying with kids in Vegas. At the end of the strip, but definitely a safe environment to get away from all the partying. Pool was nice too!

I was scheduled to stay at Hilton September 27th-30th. Because of hurricane Helene, I was not able to make the trip. Hilton employees have been giving me the run a round about giving me a refund. They have transferred me to this person then another who I have to leave a message and has not returned my call. All I want is a refund. This should not be happening. Very unprofessional.

Very hospitable hotel in Vegas on the strip. I appreciated the fact that the hotel did not have a casino. It made the pool and the other parts of the property more friendly to families, which was nice to see and be amongst.

All-in-all, it was a very good choice. Selected for its proximity to When We Were Young festival and couldn't have gotten closer. Easy walk to Festival grounds. Good pricing as well. The hotel was also great about providing info to guests about potential noise and traffic obstruction. Rooms were nice. I had a king single. Marketplace on level 1 has a good selection of quick snacks. Had bar food at the lounge bar on Sunday evening and the selection was surprisingly varied.

Quick trip but was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet in room
