Washroom was not very clean there was smell but overall was good hotel for 1 night stay

First and foremost The customer service we received was very good. Before we left our home country, I communicated with the hotel, the response were very prompt and very helpful. Particularly, Khaled was FANTASTIC and very helpful indeed. On arrival, the hotel was neat and comfortable. Throughout our stay at the hotel, above all other things, the friendly and professional customer services that we received from the staff stands out for us. So much so, we had to re-book the hotel again for the second time on our return journey from Madinah back to Makkah. On this occasion, the available room was smaller than the room we had the first time. Khaled upgraded our room to a much bigger / executive, similar to what we had the first time, free of charge, for which we were grateful . The location was not very close to Haram but was not too far away. On average the taxi from near the hotel to Haram cost about 20 sr. But sometimes we pay 15 or even 10 Riyad fior 2 people, from a nearby main road to Haram, which is equivalent of about 5 -10 Riyad for one person, which is not bad. Sometimes the staff, particularly Khaled assisted us with extra services, for example, - We were also provided with free laundry service. - On another occasion, when we had issue with our Train booking from the online app, from Makkah  to Riyadh Airport, as the system is not accepting our foreign bank card for the transaction.  Khaled went out of his way and use his local Saudi bank card to complete the online payment for us, which later paid him back in cash. For which we were grateful. I will surely recommend the hotel based on our experience and the level of customer services we received during our stay at the hotel.
