Rural outlook. Having the whole cottage to ourselves. Easy access. Property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. Fireplace was going for us when we arrived which was very appreciated. Electric heaters also available. Plenty of parking for a big vehicle. Plenty of tea and coffee.

No instructions for operating pellet fireplace. No milk. Needs mugs, dish rack, microwave bowl and additional tea towels and toilet paper. Bathroom needs a good deep clean. Odd fishy odour in house… could be the fire place pellets but needs a good airing.

Location was good, close to the city and easy to find. Parking was easy.

Not great value for money. The professional cleaners that are used are doing an awful job. Mould in the bathroom, shower trap dirty and cobwebs in the bathroom. The sheets in the master bedroom had grease finger prints and there was a coffee stain on the bedroom table. A sign saying if you do not vacate by 10am you will be charged $150 was incredibly rude. And looking at a recycle bin full of empty booze bottles not a great look.

The four of us liked everything since the day we got there, the location, close to the shops and easy to find, everything was perfect, well organised. The only thing we did not like was the shower flow was too slow, maybe we did not know how to use it but at least we showered thought. In the end it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

The water flow of the shower, too slow and it takes for a while to finish showering. Overall, we have nothing to not like about the place.
