فندق جميل ونظيف وخدمة التوصيل من والى الحرم على مدار ال 24 ساعة ولديهم اكثر من باص للتوصيل. ويوجد لديهم اصطفاف للسيارات بالطابق العلوي ولاكن يجب ان تكون السيارة عالية للدخول والا سوف ترتطم بالارض وهنالك لافتة تنبهية تفيد بذالك قبل الدخول

المرافق ليست بالمستوى المرضي و الموظفين بعضهم لكن الموظف محمد ذكري جدا رائع وخلوق هو والموظف السعودي نسيت اسمة الاسف

كل شي ممتاز بصراحه ، السعر ، الجوده ، الباص 24 ساعه موجود ( فيه اكثر من باص ) ، بس في شي واحد سلبي في المكان

السرير ما كان مريح وايد ، لكن يمشي الحال مو سيء ، يعني اقدر اقول تقييم راحه السرير 6/10

I liked their services last time so I booked it again and was highly disappointed. It seems they changed their staff now.

The highly unclean and dirty room. When we enter in the room we were welcomed with cigarette smell and ash trey full of burnt cigarette which the staff didn’t bother to clean. There was lots of liter on the carpet and foot prints of dirt on the tile . The kettle was not working I came downstairs and ask for the fix the staff came and he realized the issue is big then another person arrive and changed it with other one, that man was highly unprofessional and rude . He ordered to close the window (which I opened so that I can breath in the room full of cigarette smell while I’m allergic to it) he had an audacity to switch off the AC whiteout asking and told me to keep it close . How on earth he can order such thing when I’m paying for everything. There was no tea no sugar not even a glass or water bottle in the room. We booked two rooms and the other room had its own issues top of which was the torn out bed sheets which seems burnt from iron or cut wo th razor God knows. They don’t clean beds, don’t change sheets, no tea bars available (last time they provide everything and tea bar refills everyday) this time they were rude and least bothered I would never go there again. Very disappointed and disrespectful

the rooms given to us very spacious and clean however the washroom was dirty so we had to call for room service the location was good , it even had a restaurant named shwaya house just beside it which probably gave one of the most delicous food i had ever tasted in my life we stayed for almost 13-14 days there and the restaurant never failed to dissapoint us , speaking about alolayan even though it location was kinda far from masjid al haram it didnt affect our umrah experience at all due to its outstanding bus service available 24/7 , no matter at what time we came out of masjid al haram we wud always find alolayans bus waiting at its stop . along with all that it also had an amazing wifi!

speaking of the negatives of this hotel yes it does have them. we stayed for a pretty long time at that hotel and hence we required room service now and then as the room wud get dirty however when we called at the reception , the reception guy barely understood english and all he said was "ok" and even after waiting for a long time no one would come for room service which was very annoying .

The rooms offered were pretty good and clean.

1) Shuttle service was offered by the hotel but the bus wouldn’t take off on time for the salah .Every time , we got on the bus , we would be late for salah and once we even missed the first two rakah of the salah . The hotel management should give preference for the timing of the salah and take the bus accordingly 2) The hotel is supposed to give free tea and coffee everyday but they didn’t provide us . We were asked to call some number on the phone and tell them , which we did , but nobody showed up on our door.
