It’s a great value for the money, but the area is not that cozy, I would stay closer to the lake and gardens, it’s much nicer. Can not say anything bad about the hotel, super helpful staff, good bed and expresso machine in the room with bottle of milk provided in the fridge. Thirty min walk to geyser valley, or 5 mins and 11$ by uber.

enjoyed our stay! very cosy and quiet. could do with smarter tv or chrome casts. also wheels beneath bed were quite annoying as pillows kept falling through lol other than that, highly recommend

Right from check in to check out nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Absolutely spotless room with super comfy beds. Will stay again if traveling to Rotorua

What a neat place! All the amenities are very new including the unit and all the devices. It is just on the opposite side of the road of Woolworth, so very handy to get some food in stock. The only improvement I could ask would be the design of car park.

It has safe storage for the bikes. Really comfy bed and clean tidy conditions . Nice coffee in the rooms and affordable breakfast . Staff are very approachable.

The staff in the evening where fantastic, really helpful, friendly, made great cocktails and had a great laugh with us.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The availability of three EV chargers was particularly appreciated, and I found the value for money to be very satisfactory.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The soundproofing could be improved, and the layout of the bathroom and shower wasn't ideal.
As for the breakfast, it was quite decent. While there were no hot egg dishes, the food and beverages provided were fresh and enjoyable.

It would be greatly improved if there were clear signage and additional temporary parking spaces reserved for guests checking in when driving into the hotel.
The location of the parking spaces reserved for disabled guests is somewhat inconvenient and could be better positioned.
Rooms located behind the reception desk are easily disturbed by the movements of the front desk staff, affecting the guests' rest.
The play area for children is not ideal. It obstructs other guests' movement, and small toys like balls can easily roll through the railing into the lobby
