The Room smelled like cigarettes. Problem never taken care of

Our stay was average at this resort. Upon arrival, the lady at the desk was quite rude and not very friendly. Our room was missing the shampoo bottle and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like, there also wasn't any extra amenities like a vanity kit. The most disappointing part was that we received multiple calls to the room and to my cell phone from the staff trying to get us to a free breakfast to sell their time shares. I had to tell them each time we were not interested, they called 5-6 times PER DAY. I would not got back to this resort due to that alone.

Ok so the finishes in this hotel are super nice and clean as are the amenities, I just wasn't a fan of the room layouts and that all rooms are adjoining. I could hear everything the family next door was doing and saying.
I also wasn't happy when their vacation club team kept incessantly calling me and trying to get me to go to a sales pitch. I was on vacation and didnt want to be harassed.
I would stay at the Marriot Cypress villas instead of here. While its not as nice (finishes) or updated, you get way more for your money (a multiple room suite with kitchen for the same price). I actually ended up canceling my reservation and leaving halfway through my stay for a Marriot instead.

The location is ideal to be slightly out of all the madness but still only a short drive/lyft to anywhere.
The view from our apartment was gorgeous, overlooking several lakes, really pretty.
Only bad would be the mattress and pillows werent to our comfort at all, pillows are feathered so squash to nothing and the mattress was very firm.
Overall, an excellent stay and we would likely return.

Hotel was nice, room was large and clean. We enjoyed the quiet pool. It was very nice for young children and the rooms were very large. It was also an easy route to Disney World.

We booked way in advance and requested a high floor. When we checked in, they were going to give us the six floor. We told them that we requested a high floor and the receptionist acted like it was such a big deal went to her managers office and came back and we got two floors up out of 15. Other people we spoke with had just gotten a room and they were on the high floors.

Very nice, extra clean and friendly hotel! Front desk people super nice, the rooms are spacious and well stock. The pools and jacuzzis, very nice maintained. We have everything we needed to enjoy an excellent stay, from BBQs, to washers dryers.

Customer service upon check in wasn’t very welcoming, water leaked through my ceiling the first night we were there management credited my resort fees and maintenance brought towels, I asked when checking in for a high floor and I was given the 9th floor and told there weren’t any other rooms available but after the water leaked in the room I was offered the 12th floor but I was already unpacked and declined the offer. I won’t be back

Trip was amazing, comfortable, beautiful.
Me and my husband booked the 1 bedroom suite for his birthday and saw fireworks from our 8th floor balcony and it was beautiful, Overall it was an amazing experience.

This place was not up to par at all. Sure typical things like noise fine not even going to bay an eye about that, however, the constant harassment about showing up a time share lecture (including waking our one and five year old up not once but twice and calling our personal phones) the amenities were dirty. Band aides and napkins in the pool. Our swim suits came out dirty after being in the pool, our five year old cut herself twice as well. Not even the cake about the pool— wild life and not geckos but a raccoon in the trashes at night which we had to grab our one year old over as we didn’t realize there was a raccoon and a rabbit both on the pool deck. Incidental fees that make zero sense and leave a bad taste. Room skipped over for cleaning when they saw us leave. The only perk was the fridge/freezer as we have a very picky eater and the washer and dryer with the infant. Needless to say we’d rather just pay the extra money and stay somewhere better. Definitely will not be back.
