Vous l'avez trouvé! Détendez-vous dans cette 3BR / 3BA unité spacieuse, en bord de mer de luxe avec vue sur l'océan et les vues sur la baie de chaque chambre. Ceci est une unité centrale sans aucune obstruction. Profitez de levers de le maître et familiales chambres et couchers de soleil depuis les 2 autres chambres.
La fenêtre de la voûte 3-panneau 9 pied dans la chambre principale de cet appareil et le salon est absolument magnifique. Il n'y a pas une meilleure vue sur la plage, l'océan et l'horizon.
Un balcon en bord de mer totalement privé surdimensionné est accessible à la fois le maître et la salle familiale. Grande salle de bains principale avec double lavabos, baignoire jacuzzi et douche spacieuse. Détendez-vous et regardez Salut-Def TV à la fois dans la salle familiale et chambre des maîtres. Nous avons le forfait Comcast Sport dans les deux chambres et le service DVR Comcast dans la salle familiale.
La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit et des appareils tout-en acier inoxydable. Salle à manger a une table de 6 places.

The title says it all: beautiful property and great location. I’ve stayed at Belmont Towers before and while all of the units were similar this was the nicest one. Owner was friendly and responsive too.

This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! It was well-equipped with all kitchen essentials. The location was ideal and it was easy to get everywhere without having to drive. The check-in process was super easy!

Owner was very nice and was quick to help with a few questions that came up.
Would recommend bringing extra trash bags and a sponge to wash dishes.

This place was amazing, 8th floor so high enough to see in every direction from the balcony. Each room was spacious and well kept. We had 7 people in our group all adults, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Would recommend this Vrbo host in a heartbeat, easy communication with him and pleasant to deal with. Would book with him again! Thanks Ed!

We have stayed here twice now and the place, albeit dated and could really use a deep cleaning, the location and communication was great. In consideration of all aspects though, it was priced accordingly. Ed was informative on the check in and was helpful if I had any questions on the OC area. You do need to bring basically anything you need in terms of sheets, towels, dish soap, sponges, T.P., salt/pepper/spices and kitchen supplies like, tin foil, trash bags, etc. There is an initial trash bag and a roll or two of T.P. to start.. but otherwise pack what you may need to get get yourself by for the days you are there. If linens are too much to pack, you can rent them locally. Just plan ahead. The area is great, you can walk almost anywhere (except major grocery stores). There is a small grocery store across the street that has a lot of the things you may need in terms of basic necessities.

Had a great time here ! Everything you needed was in condo and the host was so polite! The weather wasn’t in our favor which is always hot or miss and not too crowded when we went! but always love our trips to ocmd!

The rental was exactly as described. It was clean and beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The check-in process was very simple and communication with Ed was thorough and easy. I would highly recommend.

The room smelled musty, all of the furniture was worn and old. Sliding door didn’t lock Floor ,had to put socks on because my feet would get dirty. Comforter had stains on it, afraid to touch it

Nicely furnished. Owner easy to reach and nice. Good tv and wireless service. Safety for garage and building is great. Beds and sofa a little uncomfortable. Check in a little late and cleaners could have done a better job. If you’re planning to cook meals, kitchen missing slow cooker, strainer, tongs and large serving bowls. All-in- all a very pleasant experience.

The Most Perfect Beach View
The breathtaking beach view from the master bedroom arched window sold me on this rental! The beachfront location is perfect for access to all the fun OCM has to offer!

We stayed for a spring break. The location was close to many of the sites. The condo was exactly as listed. Ed was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I couldn't ask for a better location and the property is very nice. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for a family of 4. Ed was great to work with. Very friendly and responded quickly to my questions.

I am a particular person when it comes to cleanliness.. Some people may not be as picky as me.. BUT when paying a very high rate a night (which VRBO wouldn’t allow me to post) I expect to pay that high price for both the location and for the quality of the place I am staying.. first the good:
Communication was awesome, check in super easy, location great. Added bonus was the access to chairs and boards for the beach.
Now- what I was unimpressed/disappointed by: there were lots of minor things that added up: toilet paper holder missing, blinds in living room broke, doors sticking, dryer taking three cycles to dry. What bothered me was the lack of cleanliness- not from one stay to the next but over time- the baseboards were nasty, the bathroom vanities need cleaned, the bathroom vents were filled with clump of dust, there were pee stains on the Queen mattress pad, there was fingernail clippings on the floor. Also the living furniture is in need of replacement.
Like I said- good was location which was expected but overall wasn’t overly impressed with the general cleanliness.

Views were spectacular of ocean and bay. Location was excellent on boardwalk. The Belmont needs to clean/ paint entrance doors to units. Management of Belmont needs to clean hallway carpets/ floors throughout the facility .
Facility looks dated and dirty.
Inside was not cleaned well. Bathroom mats filled with sand. Had to shake outside then wash them.. sand on bathroom floors, carpeting was dirty, needs steam cleaning, windows in master had fingerprints on it as did coffee table in living room… did not see windex to clean them with. Living room furniture is old and worn. Needs to be replaced. Lr blinds had string hanging.. Master bedroom blind has slats broken. Closet door broken in master. Too many plastic floral arrangements around condo that were very dusty and need to be cleaned or removed…
Condo layout is great and beds are very comfortable.
