Beautiful property located right next to the beach. There are so many porches to sit on, shaded and sun, beautiful views of the ocean and premier parking. Absolutely loved the stay and the wonderful house.

Jill’s house was very nice at a great location. It was pretty well kept and very accommodating especially to our pups. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed ourselves again. The home is very comfortable, has a great location and perfect for our dog. The new family room furniture was a nice surprise. We look forward to renting from Jill again.

Had a great time at this rustic but spacious beach house. We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises right from the balcony. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part but we couldn't find a cutting board and the pots and pans have definitely seen better days. We brought our pups with us and they had plenty of room to play and do their business in the fenced in back yard. This is a true beach house and exactly what we were looking for. It's older and rustic but had updated amenities and has been well taken care of. It's just steps from the beach which is helpful with kids if you have to go back and forth for whatever reason. Perfect location and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants including Blue Fish, Liquid Assents, Laytons and Bull on the beach. We were very happy here and would absolutely book again!

This house was just what we were looking for, for a weekend away with friends. It was very clean, and definitely spacious enough for our group. We enjoyed the screened front deck, and I loved the fenced yard for our dog. The beach is really close, another great quality about this property. We look forward to renting again in the future.

This is a great location and works great with groups due to the layout of the house and everyone can have their own space. Very pet friendly and Jill is always incredibly responsive when needed. House is comfortable without feeling fussy!

We stayed here for a week with family. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Having the fenced in yard for the dogs was very nice and one of the main reasons we chose it. Being able to park under the home was very easy. The house is a great size for larger groups however if your looking to cook the kitchen is very small so one person max. There is barely anything to cook with and absolutely no basic amenities like salt, pepper, sugar. During our stay there was a massive ant infestation in the kitchen which I'm guessing the owner knew because of ant bait. We had to go a step further and buy a spray as it was out of control. I have been a STR owner for a decade and have multiple properties so the comments below reflect that. There was an option to have linens however they were just set on the bed and the coverlets on the bed needed to be washed. The beds were semi comfortable however you can not always appeal to everyone. The pillows need pillow encasements plus beds needed mattress protectors to be hygienic. The wicker furniture was rotted out completely that was on the top balcony however when I reached out about it they replaced it with some plastic Adirondack chairs. most of the outside furniture in the screened in porch needs to be replaced as if you sit in the love seat you will fall through. I also chose it this listing because of the ocean view however due to the overgrowth of the tree in front of the next house it is barely visible. All in all it was a good stay but this rental needs some real TLC and helpful thoughtful amenities.

We have been going down to OC for at least 15-20 years. From hotels, to condos, now a house. This is a great place.. Convenient to all restaurants, attractions, and steps away from the beach. Big bed rooms. Spent a lot of family time on the deck. Parking underneath is a plus. Definitely going to stay here again. Our dog loved it too. Thank you for renting..

Loved everything about the property with the exception of ants on the kitchen counter. We bought some ant traps but they kept coming and it made it uncomfortable to use the kitchen. It seems like they need a professional spray. Other than that issue which is easily fixed the house was spacious, we loved the decking and being able to bring our dog and have the fenced in yard. The location is great as well! Walk to the Acme grocery store, Laytons and Bull on the beach!

House fits all our needs for family of 5 w/ golden retriever. Great location, plenty of room, yard w/.fence for dogs and kids to play. Plenty of parking too.

It was great to be a few feet away from the beach and within walking distance from stores and the supermarket. Having a garage to park our cars was also a bonus. It was also great to be able to bring our dog. We are definitely hoping to stay again in the near future for a longer period.

Great old school beach house. Not fancy but very comfortable, and really good location. Garage parking huge plus. Only suggestion maybe add some additional comfortable furniture in living room.

Great location carpets need replaced upstairs with cleanable flooring. Carpeting is very urine stained. Living room furniture could use replacing and a little ant problem on kitchen counters.

Major benefit is the covered parking under the house that is big enough to fit a full size truck. Big yard for the dogs to roam and play. Dog park is a short walk away (plan ahead if you want to use as you need to complete paperwork and apply in person to get a scan card). The kitchen can be little tight for a couple of people to be in at the same time, but it is workable. The wrap-around deck is fantastic. Bedrooms are huge. Definitely worth the price considering that you are so close to the beach.

We had another great stay here. So close to the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. People watching from the deck is fun and the house is set up nicely with 2 beds and baths on 2 floors so everyone has their own space. Pups love it too!

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and two nights. We loved the location (literally a few steps to the beach.) and the fenced in yard for the three dogs that came with us. Jill was great. She gave clear checkin/out instructions and was so open to communicating with us! We will definitely look into renting this home again!

Just love everything about this property. Comfortable, great location and terrific people watching from the deck.

The good: Right on the beach. The location was great. Parking on site. Plenty of room inside and out. Walking distance to good restaurants. The bad: Hotel across the street balconys face the house and you can hear everything. Kitchen tiny and had ants. We ended up not cooking in it and eating out instead because of that. Sofa could use a good cleaning / replacing.
