Notre table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes et il y a des sièges supplémentaires dans la table de bar de la cuisine ainsi que l'îlot de cuisine. La maison a deux chaises hautes, une chaise haute Ingenuity Trio 3-en-1, Piper Deluxe et une chaise haute Graco.
Cuisine
Notre grande cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. La cuisine a un grille-pain 4 tranches, un mixeur, une mijoteuse, un four à micro-ondes, une cafetière (tasse K, Nespresso, presse française et égouttoir standard), un garde-manger bien approvisionné, des saladiers, des verres à vin, une râpe à fromage, etc. Nous fournissons du café gastronomique, des thés, du sucre, de la crème et des édulcorants.

Tous les matelas de notre maison sont de première qualité et d'un confort optimal. Tous utilisent des draps et des oreillers de qualité supérieure sur tous nos lits. Chambre # 4: La chambre 4 a un lit superposé avec des matelas pleine grandeur en haut et en bas ainsi qu'un lit gigogne. Cette chambre a des portes françaises qui mènent à l'arrière-cour. Le téléviseur est un téléviseur LCD intelligent de 42 pouces. La chambre dispose également d'un petit bureau.
Salle de bain 1: La salle de bain principale a du carrelage du sol au plafond. Cette salle de bain a un panneau de douche cascade avec 8 jets et une poignée de jet.

Piscine: La piscine mesure 30 ’x 15’ et va de 3 ’6’ à 8 ’de profondeur. Nous fournissons de nombreux jouets de piscine, flotteurs et gilets de sauvetage pour toute la famille. Il y a une salle de bain complète en plein air juste à côté de la piscine. Le chauffage de la piscine est facultatif et disponible moyennant un supplément.
Îlot de barbecue et terrasse couverte: L'îlot de barbecue est très grand et dispose d'un barbecue à gaz naturel à 5 brûleurs avec un évier de taille normale et l'élimination des ordures. Juste à côté de l'espace barbecue, nous avons une table à manger extérieure pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.
Foyer: Le foyer au gaz naturel a des bancs intégrés et peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes. Des bambous noirs et des palmiers royaux entourent le banc du foyer. Le foyer personnalisé est l'une des caractéristiques les plus populaires de la maison.

Le Palm Tree House possède une laveuse et une sécheuse Samsung à chargement frontal. Un détergent à lessive et un assouplissant sont fournis.

Clean but not properly maintained (there’s a difference!)
Pool and water temp- no heater needed.
Comfy beds
Open living area and large island (bar stools are awkward though).
Stocked w/ necessities & plenty of towels.

Cons:
1 of 4 burners on kitchen stove worked. Others had to be lit with a lighter.
Builders grade doors.
Warped, dirty baseboards.
Exterior of hot tub had foreign substance!
Game room - 2/5 games had “out of order” signs, & foosball machine useless.

Living room furniture was uncomfortable and filthy, especially the yellow couch. Belongs at the curb!
Washing machine - detergent provided is likely the cause of error codes and cycle delays making laundry practically impossible.
Obnoxious amount and placement of “Quiet Hours” signs throughout property as if we were in a college dorm.
TVs are extremely tricky.
Primary shower floor/grout and shelving were unsightly.
Loud and mysterious banging/tapping sounds at night mostly above primary room.
Perhaps we naively expected the enticing pictures to be the same quality in person, did not reflect cost.

This home was everything it needed to be. Big, plenty of beds (having a twin bed in the master bedroom was huge for us, as we have a 4 year old that doesn’t like to sleep in her own room). The pool & game room provided plenty of entertainment and we were even able to watch the Disneyland fireworks at a park about a block or two away. Overall we had an awesome experience in this home!

Eight of us stayed for a conference at the convention center. A little bit of a walk but nice weather made it a nice walk. Great place to return to in the evening to unwind. Amenities were great. Owners were excellent to work with and the neighbor was a joy to chat with.

This turned out to be a perfect place for 4 co-workers in town for a trade show. It was a 30 minutes walk from the house to the convention center. The house is geared more for families going to Disneyland, but it worked well for us as we just wanted to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby for Uber Eats deliveries. Sam and Jackie were accommodating for us to check in early and to stretch our check out time an hour or two on both ends. If we make it back to Anaheim for a convention, we'll try to stay there again.

Loved our time at this very nice home! Well appointed and maintained home. Parking is tight, but as long as your car is mini van size or smaller, you should be great! So nice to have laundry pods, extra toilet paper, soap on the sinks, plenty of decently nice towels and good filtered water to drink from the faucet! Pool and Hot tub were very nice and game room kept the kids entertained. Great home away from home!

What an amazing property, it could not have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property had one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen! The layout was wonderful, open, and very spacious with plenty of room for our family of six and would comfortably accommodate double. The game room was a nice place to retreat, and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Beautiful house with a great spacious kitchen and an amazing array of recreation options for kids. The pool was key for mid-day Disneyland breaks. The game room is incredible. Communication with Jackie was instantaneous. We will definitely try to stay here on our next Disneyland trip.

What a beautiful property! Everything was pristine! Home is updated and nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee K-cups, laundry pods, soap, napkins, plethora of napkins, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable! Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the home, pool and game room. Would highly recommend this property!

We loved the pool and hot tub, using them almost every day we were there. So close to Disneyland that you could almost walk, but the cost for Uber/Lyft was so great, that it was inexpensive to go anywhere. Definitely recommend for a larger group/family. We had 8 of us (3 married couples and 2 teens) and fit very comfortably.

If you’re looking for an ideal location close to Disney this stay works great. We had a number of issues with the property, what I can say is the owner was always quick to respond. Sleeps plenty of guests.

Our family of six really needed a quiet, spacious respite from our Disney day, and this was it! We are family style in the very large kitchen/open for at great room and left the dishes for the game room to finish our family time. Rooms were very comfortable and neatly arranged. A lovely stay!!

Was the perfect home for our family with little children it was easy to adjust to our little ones. Home was a quick drive to Disney. Only little con was it was hard to keep clean with our little one. But we did our best. Thank you we had an amazing week at Disney! Merry Christmas

We stayed at this property for about a week during our visit to Disney. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the house, the amenities, and the thoughtful little touches that made our stay comfortable and convenient. I am often a bit frustrated when staying at a VRBO, as usually I need to go shopping first thing when I arrive to pick up essentials. When I arrived at this property, we noticed that the owners had provided coffee pods, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and an ample supply of toilet paper so we didn't need to purchase these items, which was much appreciated. We also discovered that the owners provided pool toys and floaties, playpens, high chairs, and strollers for the use of their guests (our children are older, so we didn't require these but I'm sure guests with younger children would very much appreciate the availability of these items). The owner, Jackie, was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I literally can't think of a single thing that could have been provided to improve our stay.

Property was very clean and all the amenities we needed were available. The property owners were very co-operative and were available to help as and when needed. Glad to see that the property had burglar alarm. Very quiet neighborhood away from the Disney crowds. Drive to Disneyland was a short distance that saved us lots of time. Grocery stores were also very close by.

This house has everything!! You need it, they thought of it. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, fully stocked kitchen including every spice you can imagine. Tea, coffee, awesome towels - no expense was spared!

BEAUTIFUL property, but has some issues to be addressed
The property is beautiful, in a great location, well stocked and we loved the pool, fire pit and game room. Unfortunately there were some issues that tempted me to rate it a 3, but we still really enjoyed our stay and are hopeful the issues will be addressed because we would like to return.
-There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms.
-The smoke detectors are missing in the bedrooms (I read in another review that they were missing and the owner said she put them back, but they are not there.)
-The pans and cutting boards were dirty. I was not comfortable using the dishes without washing them.
-There are instructions on how to use the spa posted on the outside of it, but the labels on all the buttons in the spa are worn off so the instructions are useless and you just have to try pushing every button to get the jets to turn on and some jets don’t work.
-There are no blinds or curtains on the double sliding doors in the living room/kitchen going out to the backyard.
-We we’re not informed that a gardener would be coming during our stay and I was in the kitchen cooking in my night shirt and looked up out the sliding doors without curtains and there was a guy with a leaf blower in the backyard!
-The rental agreement states no outdoor activities after 10pm, but there are signs on the doors going outside that say outdoor activity is prohibited at 9:30pm.
-There was not a ball for the fuse ball table.
Please note the owner was very responsive to my questions during the rental process.
I did not contact her during our stay because we did not want to be interrupted on our vacation.
Overall I would recommend the property.

Bright house near Disneyland
The house is as you see in pictures. Just a couple of minor issues, but Jackie is very responsive. The kids loved the pool and the game room. There's an outdoor bathroom and shower that looks like a spa. The inside is bright and large open kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. I'm glad we pay extra for the heated pool (it was cold in CA)

Best home away from home
We were in town for a trade show and this property was the perfect refuge from the circus-like atmosphere at the convention center. Loved being able to cook meals together on the outdoor grill. The many amenities offered at this house were all in excellent repair. The hosts thought of everything!

Amazing experience
What a perfect place! We stayed almost two weeks and were SO comfortable in the house. PLENTY of beds and the mattresses were fantastic! Everyone slept so well. The kitchen was very well stocked which was a nice treat. The spa was a welcome addition!! Overall a great stay and we would return in a flash

Great Location & Fun for Family
This home has undergone some nice cosmetic upgrades, and is located in what appears to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. And it's only 1 mile from the entrance to Disneyland, which was the primary reason for our visit.
This is perfect for a family of 4 to spread out. The pool, game room and hot tub are awesome. Kitchen has everything you would need.
The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because there were a couple of basic necessities that were alarmingly missing. Functioning smoke and CO detectors in each bedroom (I bought my own), and, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had amazing amenities. It was in a quiet, quaint and safe neighborhood. It was very convenient. It was as advertised and communication with the owners was great. Would recommend the property and would stay here again.

Love This Place
We were looking for a home in the Anaheim area with a heated pool and plenty of space for our family. This house was far beyond our expectations. We loved it. We had a wonderful stay. The beds were all very comfortable. The owners were very responsive. The pool was heated and excellent. We were happy to pay extra for the pool heating and it was well worth it. The hot tub was large and excellent. The large game room is an added bonus. It is unfortunate that the Anaheim rules limit the use of the pool and the gameroom and any outdoor activities in the evenings and into the night. We are eager to return to this house again in the future.

CALIFORNIA GETAWAY
This property is better than advertised. The pictures are accurate. The home is beautiful. The beds were comfortable.The towels and sheets were brand new. The house was very clean. Every appliance that you can think of is in this house. Everyone loved the rainfall shower heads in the bathrooms and the one outside in the pool house. The pool and the game room were excellent. Disney, Walmart, Costco and other stores are close by. I would definitely stay here again. Jakie is a wonderful host. I told her it was my wife's birthday and she suggested a few good restaurants.

Perfect house and location!
We stayed in Anaheim for 2 weeks, the house was perfect. Great space with a fun pool and play room. Jackie and Sam were super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place close to Disneyland.

Excellent stay
The property was all as advertised and most importantly for us —that made this a great stay — was that when they heated the pool it was warm enough for our kids to swim for hours not just a little better than cold. The owners are nearby and available if you need anything. Thank you for the great stay.

Thanksgiving
So many bedrooms and room ! The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room areas were that of a great room. I was able to cook in the well stocked kitchen while still being part of the fun. Great TVs , in all rooms! Allowed us to have down time if needed. The game room was a fabulous surprise, we played pool for hours. It was a bit cold on the trip so we didn’t use the pool, but did have a nice hot tub one day. Someday when Disneyland opens we would love to come back as it is walk g distance . It was a wonderful vacation with room for all to be together. Thanks so much!

Lovely stay, fun place.
We had a great stay, a family reunion of sorts. Kids loved the pool and the game room, especially the princess dresses. A great place to chill. Nice kitchen and great room. Highly recommended.

Great place but Anaheim city ordinance is a burden
Great place with great amenities. Only downside was having to worry about noise with the city ordinance and what seemed like a more elderly neighborhood.

Fantastic house for families
We didn’t go for Disney, but instead for a family get away / stay vacation at this property and it was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities a family could want. Great layout in the back with pool, hot tub, garage converted game room, bar/grill, shaded eating area, and pool house with bathroom and shower. Hope to make it back!!

Wonderful staycation home
We wanted a family friendly experience where we could stay away from others and enjoy a family vacation. This place fit the bill. The amenities were mostly on point. We had to clean a little to our standard but pool, hot tub, game room, and nearby park were perfect fit with the sunny weather.
